Para tal, faço uma construção empírica sobre os matrimônios entre as famílias calons brasileiras e como suas configurações direcionam relações de descendência e afinidade ao produzirem família e parentes na perspectiva calon. Costuro a escrita deste texto em momentos subsequentes, nos quais, escrevo sobre o deixar de ser criança e os ritos de matrimônios, e um caso de separação entre matrimônio de calon com não cigana; posteriormente, analiso as possibilidades de matrimônios; e, finalizo ao escrever sobre as redes familiares e sua importância na elaboração processual da pessoa calon no processo de fazer entre ‘família’. Por isso, a importância de pensar como os matrimônios se inscrevem na vida das crianças. {"title":"Ciganos no Brasil","authors":"Débora Soares Karpowicz","doi":"10.15448/1984-7289.2023.1.43086","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15448/1984-7289.2023.1.43086","url":null,"abstract":"O objetivo deste artigo é investigar como seis viajantes do século 19 e início do século 20, por meio dos seus relatos de viagens, descrevem a prática comercial dos ciganos do Brasil e, de forma etnocêntrica, a relacionaram a estereótipos como o roubo. O percurso metodológico desta pesquisa que foi de cunho quanti-qualitativo a partir de uma análise documental e bibliográfica. Como resultados, constatou-se a recorrência de temas como: comércio, aparência, linguagem, nomadismo, roubo, religião, práticas culturais, educação e origens, estando o comércio, ligado, diretamente ao roubo em uma tentativa de desqualificar o sujeito quando comparado a cultura de quem os observou. A través de una aproximación histórica se discuten los orígenes del ‘indio’, las causas y consecuencias psicosociales que esta denominación ha traído para los sujetos indígenas, principalmente los mapuches en Chile. La metodología es cualitativa de tipo documental-descriptiva de artículos científicos, que permite una comprensión histórica de los orígenes del concepto ‘indio’ y cómo éste prevalece vigente en la sociedad chilena. Se utiliza el análisis de contenido en el que se identifican los núcleos de sentido y significado explícitos y latentes que subyacen al concepto ‘indio’. Los resultados relevan que la deconstrucción del ‘indio’, permitiría erradicar progresivamente prácticas de racismo y discriminación hacia niños, jóvenes y adultos indígenas. Por meio do trabalho de campo, que envolveu a observação participante das articulações políticas em torno da tramitação do projeto do lei, análise de documentos, incursões na vida cotidiana do Acampamento Nova Canaã, sede da Anec, entrevistas semiestruturadas e diálogos abertos, assim como o acesso às narrativas existenciais e das estórias de vida dos atores sociais que constroem a Anec, compilei e interpretei os dados etnográficos, à luz dos estudos envolvendo processos identitários e memória, para compreender de que forma os sujeitos envolvidos nesta trama interpretam e atribuem sentido acerca do seu papel no processo de criação do Estatuto. Notei que as narrativas mobilizadas pelo grupo não se restringem a reivindicar um marco normativo com a previsão de políticas públicas para os povos ciganos. Argumenta-se que toda a produção de relações entre ciganos, e entre ciganos e não ciganos segue a lógica da catira, envolvendo sempre um jogo de negociações, um encadeamento de intercâmbios e a produção e atualização de vínculos entre os parceiros. It is evident that these rules derive from the provisions that regulate marriage. What makes them complex and diverse is that in certain legal systems the moments from which the presumption of paternity of the mother's spouse begins and ends are determined differently in relation to the moment of conclusion of marriage and the cause of termination of marriage. The aim of this paper is to point out different possibilities when stipulating the rules on establishing and contesting marital presumption of paternity and how each of these possibilities reflects on the modern concept of parenting and the child's right to know his or her origin. {"title":"Time perspective as predictor of perceived stress in managers","authors":"Bojan Veljković, Tea Nedeljković","doi":"10.5937/civitas2101013v","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/civitas2101013v","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this study was to determine relation between dimensions of time perspective and perceived stress among managers, who have one to three years of working experience as managers. The basic assumption was that dimensions of time perspective are empirically confirmed correlates of numerous psychic functions, thus they can also be correlates of perceived stress. Therefore, we set hypothesis that dimensions of time perspective are significant predictors of perceived stress in managers. The study was conducted on the sample of 92 managers of both genders (37% of men and 63% of women). Average age of examinees was 36.58 years. Selective variable for formation of the sample was the length of working experience in management - from minimum one up to maximum three years. The assumption for the sample justification was that managers-beginners experience bigger number of stimuli from the environment as stressors. An adapted version of Zimbardo's time perspective questionnaire (ZTPI, Zimbardo & Boyd, 1999, adaptation of Kostić & Nedeljković, 2013) was used to operationalize the time perspective. The questionnaire with 52 items determines five dimensions of time perspective - negative and positivie past, hedonistic and fatalistic present and future. Perceived stress is determined by score on Cohen's questionnaire for perceived stress (The Perceived Stress Scale, PSS-10, Cohen et al, 1983). Significant regression model was obtained, which explains 17,6% variance in perception of stress in managers. As the only independently significant predictor in the group of dimensions of time perspective, future was highlighted (b = 0,416). Managers who are turned towards the future have higher scores of the perceived stress. The results confirmed the initial assumption on predictor power of dimensions of time perspective in predicting intensity of the perceived stress. {"title":"The relationship between the perception of justice in the organization and the intention to leave the organization: Meta-analysis","authors":"Katarina Milić","doi":"10.5937/civitas2101068m","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/civitas2101068m","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this meta-analysis is to examine the connection between distributive and procedural justice and the intention to leave the organization by quantitative synthesis of available empirical papers that meet the defined criteria. 126 papers have been found through the search of the literature, out of which 58 studies met all the defined criteria. After summing up all studies that had data on the correlation between distributive justice and the intention to leave the organization, the total sample size equals 20068, while the total sample size of studies that had data on the correlation between procedural justice and the intention to leave the organization equals 17901. The results show that distributive and procedural justice are significantly, negatively correlated to the intention to leave the organization and that this connection is of moderate intensity. Examination of the file-drawer effect has shown that there was no bias in the selection of studies which will be included in the process of meta-analysis. Since the results have shown that there is a very large heterogeneity between the studies that have entered the process of meta-analysis, the moderating effect of the category of the journal in which the studies have been published was examined as well.
