The projections of weakening and depletion of urban infrastructure, difficulties in supply, scarcity of natural resources, associated with primary needs (health, education, housing, and security) created a demand for alternatives to attending the population needs. Some cities, called smart cities, already stand out for achieving their management goals with the help of technology. This article aims to identify the management elements that differentiate the management of a city considered smart (Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil) from the others in the Brazilian context. For the analysis, secondary data for 2015 provided by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics were used. The analysis allowed us to identify the management characteristics of the 5,570 Brazilian municipalities. The characteristics of the management of the municipality of Belo Horizonte, considered a smart city, were identified through interviews with the managers of the municipality. Along with the complement of network audio-visual industry developing planning and policies, the improvement of content audit system, the maturity of streaming technology, and the drive for content innovation, China's micro web series market has shown vigorous development. The short video platforms have provided distribution channels for micro web series, the comprehensive video platforms have joined to make the micro web series boutique, and the theatrical operation and support programs of platforms have provided a standardized and orderly market environment for micro web series. However, there are still shortcomings in the quality of episodes, policy regulation, cashing mode, content depth, and marketing channels. Micro web series is still relatively new, and little research has been conducted in this field. Therefore, it is necessary and innovative to study the development status of the micro web series. Thus, the present study seeks to show how the implementation of a Business Intelligence tool impacts on collective indicators of continuity of electricity supply. Energy is one of the main inputs for organizations and for everyone who depends on it. Its availability allows a guarantee of the continuity of socio-economic development. Therefore, the objective of this was to carry out descriptive research with a quali-quantitative approach through an applied study, having as locus an electric energy distribution concessionaire, approaching the scenarios before and after the implementation of the tool, making it possible to highlight the improvements in the organization through Business Intelligence. However, there is a gap in coopetition studies at the society level, at the meta-level. We consider Social Coopetition as the capacity of the society's stakeholders to work together, oriented to create social value to generate solutions to economic, social and environmental problems, providing local development based on cooperation and social commitment. This research has twofold objectives, i) to define Social Coopetition and propose its dimensions, ii) to validate a scale to measure coopetition at society level. An expert's panel analyzed 101 variables extracted by the literature review, and they selected 75 variables grouped in 7 dimensions as a qualitative pre-validation. In the sequence, we performed an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to validate the scale. Our findings indicated 12 dimensions could express the social coopetition level: social asymmetry, perceptions of individual and collective benefits, socio-political characteristics, communication, competition, social competence, social commitment, previous experience, social governance, interdependence, technological and innovation level and cultural similarity. The findings provide a scale to monitor the social coopetition through 48 variables. Our results bring a novel in the coopetition field and have theoretical and practical implications. The findings explore a new coopetition level. The general objective of this research leads to a thematic discussion of urban mobility in big cities that will suggest solutions for implementation in sustainable forms of technology which could transform metropolises into smart cities. As specific objectives, it seeks (1) to demonstrate the problem of urban mobility in large cities; (2) to address the global trend of changing unsustainable consumption habits into habits of minimal consumption, linked to Latouche's theory of degrowth and the circular economy; and (3) to interpret new trends in large urban centers with a focus on the smart city. As it happens, young millennials choose to enjoy goods, instead of owning them; with the availability of the Internet, people have started to interact with cities, exchanging information about traffic (congestion and public transport routes); they also access alternative modes of transport, such as the use of shared vehicles, bicycles, electric scooters and other modes that can be rented through apps. However, many companies which claim to offer sharing services in fact practice pseudo-sharing for the sake of profit. The methodology in this study was inductive in nature, using secondary sources, from qualitative bibliographic research starting from electronic searches of articles available in public domain pages, which allowed various publications on the chosen topic to be accessed for review. The objective of the development of this study was to perform a systematic mapping of the evolution of the literature regarding the meritocratic organizational behavior construct, aiming to organize, evaluate and integrate scientific evidence with the selected articles. In this study of mapping the specialized literature, the Web of Science Scopus databases were used, through the application of informetric techniques using the bibliometrix package of the R language. The mapping of the evolution of behavior at work and merit in the organizational context made it necessary to contextualize the empirical research that supports the proposal of this study. The descriptive results illustrate the evolution of publications involving the terms “organizational behavior and merit or meritocracy” over the period studied, which was confirmed by the verification of the average annual growth rate of publications of 10.84%. An important demonstration refers to the clear identification of the capacity to produce publications by country. The mapping of time tracks related to publications on organizational behavior and merit presented that the United States of America is the major protagonist of this current of research at a global level.
