This paper presents a proficient and robust recursive filtering technique under the Bayesian framework based on the cubature quadrature Kalman filter (CQKF) is proposed for ECG denoising. The proposed framework utilizes angular velocity as the third-state in the dynamic model, and methodology is termed as CQKF3. The performance of CQKF3 is estimated on five ECG records (with no significant arrhythmia) randomly chosen from the MIT -BIH normal sinus rhythm database. The efficacy of the CQKF3 framework is tested on non-Gaussian (real muscle artifacts) and Gaussian noise environments in the range of input -5 to 10dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The CQKF3 is compared with extended Kalman filter (EKF) frameworks that are EKF2 and EKF3, and obtained results disclose that the proposed framework gives a better improvement in SNR under both unwanted contaminations.","PeriodicalId":371571,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124837944","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Clustering is a particular method that analytically affects the circulation of data into a class of exact objects. Each one class formed as a reflex is recognized as a cluster, which dwells of objects that have favor in the cluster and inequality with the objects in alternative troops. The present project intends to dig into and evacuate data clustering design using hybrid combination to provide optimization. One of the most known's algorithms is the k-means clustering algorithm which is zestfully enforced to innumerable disputes. Here the algorithm comes with benefits like high-speed and ease of employment, but it encounters the problem of local optimal. So, a hybrid combination of the Fuzzy c-Means Clustering Algorithm along with Particle Swarm Optimization can be used for optimization and better results. Fuzzy clustering is a common problem that leads to effective exploration in a few realistic practices. Fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm comes with merit like most used, productive, frank, and effortless performance. As known FCM is very susceptible to load, also it gets ambushed in native capital. To solve many breakthrough problems Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is the solution. In this paper, we have tried a combination of fuzzy clustering approaches. Fuzzy Particle Swarm Optimization can be combined so that we can try taking benefits from both these methods.","PeriodicalId":371571,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117214548","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However the power system has to operate under these ever changing conditions in order to meet the load demand satisfying constraints pertaining to technical., environmental and regulatory issues. In order to achieve this, system must be stable. Of all stabilities related to power system, voltage stability achieves significant importance because of its inherent nature of gradually endangering the power system operation leading to system blackouts. The major reason for voltage instability is the system operation under stressed conditions which is a consequence of many technical issues such as limited generation, increased loading and transmission congestion. In this situation, it is essential to supervise the power system for an extensive range of system circumstances in order to assess voltage stability. FACTS devices prove to be extremely useful in enhancing the voltage stability limits of the power system. Hence, keeping in view, the current scenario of power system deregulation, it is intended to study the effects of incorporating renewable energy sources in power system network and the effectiveness of FACTS devices in improving the voltage stability margin. The proposed work has been implemented on modified IEEE 14 bus test system and the results are analysed.","PeriodicalId":371571,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126150415","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Inspite of fact certain “reward shaping” deals with goal of making process of learning quick and easy (by starting process with an agent assigned with extra input), it leads to come complexity. Ongoing RL approaches have indicated complexity of implementation (example Atari games). So, to avoid such issues Potential-based reward shaping (PBRS) is used to increase performance of RL gents. It is an adaptable strategy to provide fundamental foundation data combining with temporal (time-based) distinction learning in a principled manner. In this PBRS approach, we propose a system LEARN (LanguagEAction Reward Network), certain maps common language (human understandable) to middle (intermediate) rewards based on activities of agent. These intermediate language based rewards canister be integrated (combined) into any standard RL algorithm. Experiments abide run on a grid world and a more complex LanguagE-Action Reward Network (LEARN) a framework certain show certain we canister learn tasks significantly faster when we specify intuitive priors on reward distribution.","PeriodicalId":371571,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132536830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Intelligent and smart features have been incorporated in the application in such a manner that graph plotting and analysis exactly mimics that done by hand on a conventional graph-paper sheet. With this application, however, the exercise would be easier, faster and most importantly, much less error prone. This would also have the potential of reducing unnecessary wastage of graph-paper sheets, leading to a decrease in the carbon footprint.","PeriodicalId":371571,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"8 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132078312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of MIMO antenna in wireless application is key technique to improve the capacity rate of the channel. However, the use of multiple antenna elements in smaller physical area will cause the antenna performance degradation which happens due to mutual coupling between the antenna elements. The design of MIMO antenna with less mutual coupling is the major challenge. The MIMO antenna is designed to operate four bands of frequencies i.e. in lower WiMax, middle WiMax, Satellite TV and X-Band applications. The proposed antenna exhibits acceptable S-parameter values, low envelope correlation coefficient over the four bands of frequencies. Obtained envelope correlation coefficient for designed MIMO antenna is less than 0.1.","PeriodicalId":371571,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121571383","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
