One of the efforts made to improve their understanding is using technology-based learning. This study aims to evaluate the undergraduate students' perception of their lecturers' Technology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) and the process students acquire TPACK for learning. This study was conducted in a survey research type. The population was 190 undergraduate students, but the purposive sampling technique resulted in a total of respondents of 60 students. TPACK competence scale was used for data collection. The findings indicated that the student's perception of their lecturers' TPACK competence was in an excellence category, as seen from overall domains' scores of 89.73. Students gained TPACK by observing lecturers teach and self-studying using the internet. However, teaching science requires more attention than other subjects because it contains more practical activities and hands-on experiences. This study examines science teachers' perception of using E-learning platforms in teaching 8th-grade science during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Twenty science teachers from 12 private schools participated in this study. The participants' perspectives were ascertained by a researcher-developed survey and a follow-up personal interview. To reinforce the data gathered from the survey, nine science teachers participated in an open-ended interview. The demographic variables used were gender, age, and years of experience. The results revealed that most teachers have positive perceptions towards E-learning. Furthermore, female teachers showed superiority over male teachers in embracing E-learning platforms. Moreover, younger teachers with fewer years of experience had more positive perceptions of using E-learning platforms than older teachers with more experience. However, most science teachers still do not consider E-learning a complete alternative to traditional classroom teaching. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study design. Determination of subjects in the study using purposeful sampling, namely selecting informative cases based on the strategies and objectives set by the researcher. Data collection techniques used documentation, archival records, interviews, direct observation, participant observation, and physical devices. The research instrument is the researcher. The data analysis technique uses data collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion. The data's validity using source and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that strategies to improve women's abilities in rural communities can be carried out through community-based education. In community-based education, women can; a) increase capabilities and skills in processing natural potential in the form of products that can be sold, b) increasing women's access to utilizing natural resources and accessing information in society, c) increasing women's ability to interact both in the community and in society at large. Our research aims at 2; one is to analyze the generated operating systems, a good skill in assessing learning outcomes; Second, a tool to assess pedagogical students' skills was developed to evaluate learning outcomes and test scores on students of some pedagogical universities in Vietnam. Using the Delphi method, the authors conducted three discussions to create a student assessment tool. After developing a tool to evaluate pedagogical students on assessment skills, the researh tested the tool scores on 608 students of pedagogical universities in Vietnam. The study results provide policymakers and administrators of pedagogical student training programs to evaluate and build capacity for pedagogical students. Each country has its training program for teachers. With the trend of internationalization, the practice of assessing learning has common outcomes. For this purpose, two complete classes of the same teacher were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. The research was conducted at a public school in Ambon City, beginning with a classroom placement test. The cognitive learning outcome test instrument was developed with a cognitive load that has been achieved according to the unit level, namely class IX and has met the prerequisite test of the instrument's quality. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups related to process skills and attitudes towards science after the treatment. In the experimental group, mean scores were found to be consistently higher across all dimensions of process skills and scientific attitudes compared to the control group. Besides, the mean score showed an increase in the experimental group students'. The qualitative findings also reveal that students find problem solving fun. Biomechanics can be used as a discipline to measure the level of physical skill. This study aimed to develop an assessment form to measure the level of physical skill. The movement principle of biomechanics was incorporated into an observation checklist form. The form is meant to help Physical Education Teachers (PET) qualitatively analyze students' physical skills using biomechanics. This study aligns with research and development model which conducted in three phases: need-analysis, development, and model efficiency test. The form was built with two main components: physical skill and biomechanical principles. Physical skill is related to standard movement patterns for a given sporting skill. The biomechanical principle lays the foundation for all movements. This research uses a qualitative approach. A total of 120 PET from 120 secondary schools were involved as subjects in this study. Interviews, observation, and questionnaire were used to collect the data. This research yielded the following result, first, there are problems with integrating biomechanics into an assessment of physical skill. Second, a biomechanics form is developed in the checklist-style observation form to help PET evaluate their students’ learning outcomes.
