Global, subscale, and item score values from the Albanian sample were compared, where possible, to those from existing American and German samples. The Albanian data showed markedly higher means on the global scale and all subscales than the American and German values and differences at the item level from the German data (item data were not available for the USA). Differences were most marked on subscales of paranoid thinking, anxiety, and hostility. These findings are interpreted in terms of the cultural context of the country. Considerations are given to implications for therapists working with culturally diverse communities. Current mental health and psychotherapy practices do not sufficiently reflect research indicating complex relations between culture and psychopathology. Studies across cultures in new, concurrently collected data using psychometric methods to explore measurement invariance and its violations, are often not feasible. Simpler methods can be used with historical data to show marked differences and enhance intercultural psychotherapy research. \u0000 \u0000Received: 12 March 2024 / Accepted: 23 June 2024 / Published: 02 July 2024

This quantitative study, based on a correlational and cross-sectional design, explored the relationship between neuromarketing and purchasing decisions in virtual stores in northern Peru. Using a 40-item questionnaire, data from 498 adults in La Libertad and Lambayeque were collected. The analyses revealed significant correlations between cognition attention and the information search (rho=0.58) and alternative evaluation phases (rho=0.53), between emotion and the postpurchase stage (rho=0.54), and between memory and the recognition of need (rho=0.57), in addition to a strong direct association between cognition attention and the overall influence of neuromarketing on purchasing decisions (rho=0.72). These findings underscore the considerable impact of sensory and emotional experiences generated by neuromarketing on the critical stages of the purchasing behavior of Peruvian digital consumers, pointing to its relevance in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in the digital age. In conclusion, various components of neuromarketing, specifically linked to the generation of pleasant and memorable sensory experiences, have a significant influence on the search, evaluation, and postpurchase satisfaction behaviors of virtual consumers in the region studied. \u0000 \u0000Received: 3 March 2024 / Accepted: 13 June 2024 / Published: 02 July 2024

However, in contrast to developing countries, the telehealth system has not been implemented properly. Countries that implement telehealth systems experience different benefits, especially in developed countries. In developing countries, implementation remains challenging due to the requirement for literacy about the telehealth system itself in addition to using smartphone and tablet cellular technology for access. This research is motivated by concerns about the role of transformational leadership in providing a telehealth system to ensure the safety of medical personnel. The study adopts a quantitative approach with primary data collected at three major Indonesian university teaching hospitals—Gajah Mada Hospital, Diponegoro National Hospital, and Sebelas Maret Hospital—with medical personnel and administrative staff as the observation units. Hypothesis testing is conducted using Smart PLS 3.0. The study’s results reveal that traditional health services remain problematic despite efforts to make long-term changes. This study aligns with previous research, emphasizing that strategic flexibility serves as a proactive and reactive strategy for effecting long-term changes in key aspects of a company fostering innovation processes that contribute to sustainable business growth. \u0000 \u0000Received: 21 November 2023 / Accepted: 12 March 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The sociological perspective offered a new project of conceptualising the body, which enabled its reshaping and modification. In the new context of understanding the body, “the life of the body” was transformed from a technical and reproductive mechanism into a way of living, as well as an identity. This paper will address the main theoretical approaches to the study of the body, which at the same time reveals the context of the social realities that built the epistemology of sociological and gender studies in researches related to the body. Further, the paper introduces the results of an empirical research carried out with women and girls in Kosovo regarding the understanding and appreciation of the body, including their position about the image of the body that will help deconstruct the standard of the idolised body of women and girls in Kosovo. The research methodology applied is focused in two main parts: the online survey with 350 women and girls aged between 16 and 65 coming from both urban and rural areas, through a structured questionnaire technique compose of three parts with a total of 42 questions. Data collection and processing were done through the application of the SPSS program No. 24 and Excel. The second part of the research included the qualitative approach, by utilization of two focus groups with 14 girls of different ages and coming from different geographical areas of Kosovo. The research will highlight their attention and sensitivity towards ‘beauty’ as predefined by social, cultural, and the economic context. The overall results of the research show that 55.5 percent of the respondents agree that beauty plays a roles in the success of a woman/girl's life in Kosovo, whereas 22 percent neither agree nor disagree with this, whilst 33 percent do not agree that beauty plays any role. Additionally, approximately 55 percent of the respondents indicated that beauty influences a woman/girl's success in life, 60 percent believe that beautiful women/girls find it much easier to get hired, and about 70 percent stated that beauty affects self-esteem in both women and girls. \u0000 \u0000Received: 4 January 2024 / Accepted: 9 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

Currently, digital ventures have emerged and many of them are seen as tools and spaces for the development of entrepreneurial skills such as leadership, creativity and even new forms of teamwork. The development of skills that lead to the creation of different ventures is a window of opportunity to achieve personal and social improvement. This research was developed under the qualitative approach, and, from the methodology of grounded theory, the experiences of general studies students and their entrepreneurial skills were analyzed using digital resources developed from their curricular experiences. Thus, through semi-structured interviews and content analysis, it was possible to know how these entrepreneurial skills were able to develop learning based on creativity, leadership and teamwork. Ten general studies university students selected under inclusion criteria participated. The technique used was in-depth interview, description and categorical analysis. The results show that the students' experience reflects a partial knowledge of what is meant by digital entrepreneurship. Likewise, it is concluded that the learning experiences of general studies students about their entrepreneurial skills are very important in vocational training. Finally, it is hoped that this research can lead to new studies on the impact that digital entrepreneurship has on society and the culture of our young university students. \u0000 \u0000Received: 5 November 2023 / Accepted: 13 March 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

Other tea producing countries like China, Kenya, Sri Lanka and Kenya are strongly competing for Market share. The increase in production in China has pushed India to second position in production and the country lost its domination of the export market to Kenya, China and Sri Lanka. Given this backdrop, the present study attempts to analyse the export growth, instability in export earnings, export quantity and unit value and concentration of export destinations evaluate India’s tea export performance. The growth of export quantity, value and unit value from India (1988-2022) was worked out using compound growth rate and the results indicated an increased growth in the post–WTO period which could be attributed to the expansion in trade to the Near East, with their growth and strength of the economies in the region (Hicks, 2009). Instability in export can affect the economic growth of the country as it has adverse effect on the countries export earnings, trade balance, and confidence of international trading partners. The export instability calculated using Coppock’s instability index showed an increasing trend in the post-WTO period. In 1990’s about 6 countries viz., U.S.S.R, U.K, Iran, Iraq, Egypt and Poland accounted for about 90 per cent of total tea exports from India. But over a period of time the demand in these countries weakened. The Indian exports continue to lose volume in countries like Russia Europe, USA and some middle east countries (Dutt, 2007). The share in Iraq, Netherland and Poland was maintained and it improved in UAE, Germany, Pakistan and china. Overall in the past 3 decades, India’s world ranking as an exporter has dropped to fourthowing to competition from China, Kenya and Sri Lanka. (Majumder et al., 2010). The reduction in values of the Hirschmann index indicated increased geographic diversification of tea exports thereby reducing the possibility of market risk due to dependence on few markets. The commodity diversification in the form of various tea products exported is very limited, the major share of exports being in the form of black tea especially in bulk form. \u0000 \u0000Received: 1 February 2024 / Accepted: 29 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The objective of the study was to analyze the Balance Score Card as a predictive tool to improve the Supply Chain (SC) of the company ACES Peru, 2022. The study evaluates the BSC variables and the five dimensions of the CS variable: Supply, production, storage, transportation and distribution, a total of 24 items on a Likert scale. A total of 260 responses were collected from those who participated in the survey. Statistically, exploratory factor analysis, Varimax factorial rotation, KMO, CFI, TLI and RSMA tests were used. The results show that BSC was not a significant predictor of CS; however, the BSC variable is a significant predictor of the dimensions of the CS variable. In these circumstances the BSC model assumes the role of evaluator of the management strategies developed in ACES and improver of the predictor level of CS and its dimensions. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Received: 1 December 2023 / Accepted: 7 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

Through a systematic examination of demographic variables including gender, age, educational attainment, and religious belief, the research aims to elucidate how these variables shape perceptions and attitudes among the Albanian populace. The objectives encompass assessing knowledge levels regarding the US role in the conflict, evaluating public opinion on this role, and examining pro/anti-American sentiments. Hypotheses are formulated to substantiate the influence of demographic factors on these perceptions. Employing structured questionnaires and statistical analysis, data was collected from Albanian citizens, revealing intriguing insights. While age emerges as a significant determinant of understanding and assessment, gender and religious faith notably influence pro/anti-American sentiments. The study underscores the intricate interplay between demographic factors and public perceptions, shedding light on the multifaceted dynamics shaping attitudes toward international affairs and the USA in Albania. These findings hold implications for policy-making, public discourse, and future research on global conflicts and public opinion. \u0000 \u0000Received: 1 February 2024 / Accepted: 30 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The main feature of non-fungible tokens is their uniqueness together with the possibility of representing any digital resource on a blockchain, thus making it demonstrable and economically evaluable. From a legal point of view, this kind of instrument is alluring even though many look at it with uncertainty. As with any emerging technology, NFTs also present legal issues which need to be addressed as the market continues to grow. These problems deal with the legal nature of NFTs arising the doubt if they are securities or not. One more issue is the potential applicability to non-fungible tokens of the first sale rule. Furthermore, the problems involved also extend to other areas of law. In fact, both issuers and buyers need to be protected. Regarding issuers, the issue of an NFT may require the drafting of an additional contract with a specialised entity. On the other hand, buyers must be adequately informed of the purchase transaction. It follows that all the parties must be aware of the legal challenges involved and work towards establishing best practices and industry standards to address them. Additionally, it is necessary to issue specific legislation that regulates every aspect of the purchase. \u0000 \u0000Received: 10 February 2024 / Accepted: 29 March 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

Therefore, the effective membership of rural communities emerges as a peremptory task for the consolidation of their development based on community development planning. It assumes a quantitative qualitative approach, and is of a correlational descriptive type, which seeks the association and relationship of the variables that intervene and influence the community planning processes. A survey is applied to 384 people who live in communities in rural areas, among them the actors in the development of the localities are considered, such as community leaders and heads of households. For the statistical analysis, descriptive statistics and a multiple regression model are incorporated. The research establishes that community participation, ancestral knowledge, along with natural resources are the most important elements that contribute to the planning of the development of rural communities. \u0000 \u0000Received: 16 February 2024 / Accepted: 8 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024
