As civilizationadvanced, an individual’s feelings and intellect, as well as his physical being, came within the scope of the legal“right to be let alone.”Iranian Constitution has guaranteed individual’s rights and freedom and has explicitly referred to forbiddance ofeavesdropping and interception of conversations in its article 25. Article 582 of Penal Code ratified in 1996 hascriminalized eavesdropping by the governmental officials. Article 104 of Criminal Procedure Code, which wasabolished in 2014, referred to eavesdropping under the judge’s order. {"title":"Dynamic Capabilities: Do They Really Matter in Strategy Implementation? Evidence from Small and Medium Manufacturing Firms in Kenya","authors":"P. Thisstudy tested the influence of five dynamic capability drivers on the performance of manufacturing firms. TheDynamic Capability’s View of the firm provided a useful framework where these drivers were analyzed using asample of 115 firms. Results from four drivers confirm that dynamic capabilities positively influences firm’sperformance. These drivers are technology, human resource, leadership style and structure. Strategic direction onlyinfluences other drivers but not performance. When all the drivers are combined, only structure and technologymatters in influencing firm’s performance. {"title":"Projection of Living Arrangements of the Elderly in Japan Using INAHSIM","authors":"T. Due to rapid aging of the population, the distribution of the elderly (65 yearsold or older) by living arrangements has a profound impact on the social system. Especially, the choice of the elderlyamong a) living in one-person households, b) co-residing with child households, and c) living in institutions, arecrucial indicators for the future social burden of the elderly in Japan. In this paper, we projected the number andproportion of the elderly by living arrangement in future years.
