Today, the approach by which the information and telecommunications infrastructure of the defense forces is being built is characterized by the fact that each of the defense forces is building its own specific information and telecommunications systems (ITS), which are the same for the principles of building technology platforms, but different for the tasks and technical implementation. The lack of a single software and technology platform leads to impossibility of meeting the requirements of unification, standardization, scaling, protection of information leads to unreasonable costs at the stages of commissioning and maintenance during the life cycle of each of the following ITS.In view of the fact that the information infrastructure of the defense forces can be presented in the form of a value-centric model and in order to avoid the drawbacks that are inherent in the client-server architecture, an approach involving the use of \"smart technology\", which is a technology for providing simple network access by requesting a general pool of functional services, is proposed.To ensure the transition from a static model of identification and use of information resources to dynamic automated mechanisms, The model of control of functional services of the unified information space on the basis of smart technologies for the provision of information benefits to support and conduct of operations / combat operations is proposed. In addition, the process of dehydration and granulation occurs in a narrow temperature range. There are a number of mathematical models of the process that are complex and cannot be used to control the process. The proposed simplified mathematical models of the process do not take into account a number of factors influencing the process. The problem of optimal control of the dehydration and granulation process has so far been solved for the synthesis of an optimal linear regulator. But in the case of constant or slowly changing input effects, such regulators cannot meet the requirements of zero deviations of the control values from the specified values. In order for them to satisfy such a requirement, the task is to introduce into the law of optimal control a component that depends on the integral of the state vector. The authors of the publication offer a formalized description of the process of information processing in the Data Center and a method of assessing the performance of its elements based on the time profile. The input data for the calculations are the bandwidth of individual performers and the response time of the system to requests. The efficiency parameters are the minimum query calculation time, the average task execution time, and the average queue time. Such parameters are interdependent and the authors proved the relationship between the main indicators by modeling. The novelty of the method is the use of Gaussian inverse propagation for the detection of random signals, and it is necessary to use the detection process for several parameters. Calculations and simulation results showed a significant increase in the reliability of detection of radio signals of covert means of obtaining information through the use of at least three signal parameters.
