The bilayer consists of arbitrary gyrotropic media. Analytical dispersion equation for gyrotropic multilayer periodic structure is obtained. Different regimes of bulk and surface wave's propagation in structure layers are investigated. System parameters values that correspond to both total reflection and total transmission by gyrotropic Bragg structure are found. Synchro-information for geographically distributed objects of various consumer kinds is formed by terminal devices (terminals) of the UNSIS, which mainly determines its quality characteristics. Found that processes data in telecommunication networks are subject to certain rules and governed by the principles of operation of the relevant intermediate network devices — switches and routers, which provide specific algorithms in software. In the theoretical part of the paper, the most common classes of modeling telecommunication networks are considered. Revealed that in telecommunications the most relevant class modeling is simulation, and one of the most common approaches to the implementation of this class is emulation — a process most accurate reproduction of a real prototype system, in terms of virtualization using emulators or software-based systems created on their basis. It estimates of possible future connections between nodes in the network taking advantage of network's current state. The link prediction also provides useful information to make comments about the future. In this study, a method for link prediction in the disease-drug network is proposed. Sofar, the most of studies done is usually based on connection prediction in single mode networks. This method has been applied on a bipartite such as disease-drug network, as apart from single mode networks. The dependence of the amplitude of the wave field in a ring resonator for different coupling coefficients and frequency at different values of losses in the resonator is given. It is noted the possibility of forming of solitons in a ring resonator in the vicinity of the resonance frequency by the pumping power level which can be much lower the threshold. We developed the model of software router with a set of modern mechanisms and algorithms service information flows. Using the model of the router we enhanced functionality of the device: added mode of deployment of virtual nodes with the possibility of flexible management of the structural parameters.
