摘要

在现代条件下,在全球物联网基础设施概念的背景下,通过创建乌克兰统一国家同步信息系统(UNSIS),可以有效地为消费者提供先进的服务。UNSIS的终端设备(终端)形成地理上分布的各种消费者类型对象的同步信息,这主要决定了其质量特征。提出了建立在从同步设备基础上的终端,使用专利的自适应数字鉴相器根据一组优化标准对其进行优化的结果,以保证瞬态响应的最小持续时间和自适应。
