The world is expected to become largely urban and computerised in just a few decades. The global drive to integrate technology with the city to improve the functioning of the city’s various systems and urban areas is confirmed by numerous studies and research on the topic of information technology and urban communication ICT. Still, mostly in the context of smart cities (SC), as for SCC sustainable smart cities, there needs to be more research on this topic because these cities are emerging cities and pave the way for a new urban age. This paper will be one of the research on smart sustainable cities SSC explains the researcher’s motivations for the need to produce smart, sustainable urban forms that achieve greater sustainability by using more innovative and powerful engineering solutions that support models of such forms using the advanced ICT key of Context-Aware computing applications (CAA) and Big Data Analytics (BDA). The study concluded that it is necessary to take advantage of the innovative engineering solutions provided by CAA and BDA and integrate them with sustainable urban forms to achieve greater sustainability while demonstrating how these forms are produced and The importance of joint and close collaboration between researchers, architects, urban planners and urban ICT companies in the context of smart sustainable cities.","PeriodicalId":36755,"journal":{"name":"Future Cities and Environment","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71069900","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The wide scope of the subject and the fact that it is studied in other fields of social and human science other than spatial planning and design offers a very broad perspective. This diversity and richness of information bring some difficulties in determining and systematizing the information on priority fields of study. In this context two research questions emerged (1) what are the prevailing themes related to the publicness of public spaces and (2) how did these themes come together? In this study, the “all open access” SCOPUS Database and VOSviewer were used to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the publicness of public space documents. In this context, co-word analysis which is accepted as one of techniques of the bibliometric analysis has been applied. As a result of the analysis, themes (social media, public sphere, public, public art, etc.) and some subthemes related to the publicness of the public space were found and the relationship of these themes with each other was determined and visually displayed. Afterward, it was examined how these themes are handled in the literature. As a result, a conceptual layout has been created to guide the researchers who study the publicness of public space.","PeriodicalId":36755,"journal":{"name":"Future Cities and Environment","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135007303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The key characteristics of the PPP projects include the long construction period and large investment amount, while constant monitoring is required to determine the risks of the projects within a comprehensive environmental management framework. Over the years, the government has used the PPP model to implement various projects, capitalizing on a few methods to assess the riskiness of the entire life cycle of the comprehensive environmental PPP projects. However, we argue that the principal component analysis (PCA) can be used to determine the various factors that may have a high influence on the risk potential of PPP projects. In fact, it plays an important role in ensuring the smooth implementation of projects while reducing the losses caused by various risks. According to the risk factors of the whole life cycle of the comprehensive environmental governance PPP project, an indicator system of five first-level indicators, 18 second-level indicators, and 43 third-level indicators has been established. Principal component analysis is used to analyze the influence and weight of risk factors at each stage. The analysis shows that among the four stages, environmental pollution risk, project approval delay risk, completion risk, interest rate and financial fluctuation risk, and franchise life risk are the most influential risks in the implementation of PPP projects. Therefore, suggestions are made based on the risk factors at each stage of the comprehensive environmental management PPP project. Building on this, we argue that the ability to resist any PPP projects with higher risk can be improved, thus ensuring a smooth implementation of the project while promoting the long-term development of comprehensive environmental management PPP projects in the future.","PeriodicalId":36755,"journal":{"name":"Future Cities and Environment","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135440233","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
