Untukmengetahui pengarus secara simultas antara work form home dan integritas terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang meliputi pengujian verifikatif. Ada sebanyak 110 guru dari Yayasan Pendidikan R-Rahman yang menjadi sampel untuk penelitian ini. Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah metode analisis data. Dengan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Menurut temuan studi tersebut, bekerja dari rumah dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja guru hingga 35,8%. Etos kerja memiliki pengaruh parsial sebesar 43,9% terhadap kinerja guru. Dalam analisis ini, data akan dikumpulkan melalui Laporan Keuangan PT Astra Internasional Tbk dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan berbagai metode regresi linier, analisis deskriptif, pengujian hipotesis klasik, deterministik dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis positivisme, dimana data yang terkumpul dalam bentuk numerik akan diukur secara statistik sebagai alat komputasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana,sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan. The approach used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. The technique used to reveal the research variables with semi-structured interviews with employees from various backgrounds and the provision of work motivation measurement tools to determine the level of employee work motivation. The results of the analysis show that there is a consensus among employees that distributive justice is a key factor affecting work motivation. Employees feel motivated when distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice are met in balance. In conclusion, this study illustrates the influence of organisational justice on work motivation. Distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice were identified as factors that influence employees' work motivation. Pengendalian mutu penting untuk memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan memberikan apa yang menjadi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan tersebut. Salah satu hal yang perlu dirancang sebagai bagian dalam pengendalian mutu untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan konsistensi penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu perusahaan adalah Quality Plan. PT XYZ yang merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi sari buah belum memiliki Quality Plan sehingga menyulitkan perusahaan ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan memastikan bahwa semua titik kritis yang berhubungan dengan kualitas produk telah dikendalikan dengan efektif dan konsisten. Hal ini sangat berisiko dapat menurunkan kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dari hasil perancangan Quality Plan PT XYZ, diketahui bahwa pengendalian karakteristik kualitas bahan baku hanya memenuhi kesesuaian 85%, karakteristik kualitas bahan kemas sebesar 54%, dan karakteristik kualitas proses produksi hanya sebesar 94%. Karakteristik mutu potensi residu pestisida, kualitas gula, kualitas premiks, dan potensi migrasi polimer dari botol dan tutup botol harus menjadi prioritas untuk dikendalikan karena ditegaskan oleh standar yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah.A superior company is one that is always able to maintain and improve the quality of its processes and products. Quality control is important to meet customer satisfaction by meeting the customer's needs and expectations. One of the things that needs to be designed as part of quality control to increase the effectiveness and consistency of the implementation of a company's Quality Management System is a Quality Plan. PT XYZ, which is a company that produces fruit juice, does not yet have a Quality Plan, making it difficult for this company to identify and ensure that all critical points related to product quality have been controlled effectively and consistently. This is very risky and can reduce product quality and customer satisfaction. From the design results of PT XYZ's Quality Plan, it is known that controlling the quality characteristics of raw materials only meets conformity of 85%, the quality characteristics of packaging materials are 54%, and the quality characteristics of the production process are only 94%. Data analysis methods use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests & multiple linear regression, correlation tests, determination tests, hypothesis tests.The research results show that Price (X1), Product Quality (X2), simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) seen from the hypothesis test.Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
