Researchers have pointed out that employees with higher satisfaction tend to be more loyal and productive. This study aimed to analyze the effects of workload, work motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The research sample was 110 employees of PT. Andalan Ekspor Indonesia using the non-probability sampling technique. The research method uses SmartPLS and data for conducting this research was obtained through filling out questionnaires through Google Form. The results showed that there is a negative influence of workload on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Andalan Ekspor Indonesia and a positive influence of work motivation and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Andalan Ekspor Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":367304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Application on Economics and Business","volume":"27 33","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120900710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study has 100 respondents as a subject who are domiciled or staying in the West of Jakarta and has an interest in investing in the capital market. The purposive sampling method is used in this study. This study is using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach by using the SmartPLS application version 3.0 to analyze the data. The discovery of this study shows that technology development and self-efficacy influence investment interest, while investment knowledge does not influence investment interest. Then, age does not moderate the development of technology, investment knowledge, and self-efficacy on investment interest.","PeriodicalId":367304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Application on Economics and Business","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125271157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The rise of several local brands that drawing attention of the public, particularly the younger generation, is indicative of this. This study was conducted to determine how brand passion, mediated by brand attachment, is affected by brand image self-congruity and social media content marketing. Self-congruity variable was assessed by using the dimension of actual self- congruity, ideal self-congruity, and social self-congruity. At the same time, content marketing has been measured by user-generated content and firm-created content. This quantitative research used the data gathered from questionnaire distribution through Google Form. The number of samples is 290. Data manipulation and testing used the SmartPLS version 3. The results showed that self-congruity and content marketing positively affect brand passion through brand attachment. Moreover, the results of this study also prove that content marketing could directly affect brand passion.","PeriodicalId":367304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Application on Economics and Business","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128337748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to gain samples for the research, we used descriptive quantitative with purposive sampling technique. The data collected contains 210 samples, including 70 manufacturing enterprises that were listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2020. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is used in conjunction with EViews 10 software to process the data. MRA is used to model the case because in MRA, the regression equation contains interaction element between variables to know if the effect of a moderating variable is getting stronger or weaker. The findings reveal that both liquidity and profitability brings a advantageous and large impact towards stock prices, whereas solvency and EPS have a negative and minor impact, and that EPS can mitigate the impact of profitability, liquidity, and solvency in relation to stock prices. This study's implications include the need to enhance a company's performance and financial situation so that its financial statements are sound and stock prices rise, which is, of course, a good sign for investors.","PeriodicalId":367304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Application on Economics and Business","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132307148","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indonesia's climate and urban lifestyle are the main factors that increase the demand for ice cream products yearly. This Pianeta Gelato business uses a B2C (Business to Consumer) business model. This analysis also aims to find out about business competitors to improve concepts and create appropriate strategies to market this ice cream product to a predetermined target market. The strategy used is to make product concepts and designs that are different from usual, to do the taste by publishing a menu that is the same as the store concept, and to intensify promotions through digital marketing such as social media and KOL to increase public brand awareness. We also use technology that helps in the production and service processes to produce customer satisfaction with our products. The economic benefits obtained from this business are helping the Indonesian economy, providing job opportunities, helping local MSMEs using raw materials, and increasing state income through taxes paid. This ice cream business also pays attention to and supports sustainable development goals through environmentally friendly packaging and waste treatment carried out according to procedures.","PeriodicalId":367304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Application on Economics and Business","volume":"241 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133878975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
