The Coulomb interaction between the electron and hole is calculated by using a fast Fourier transformation. In our simulations, strain effects are taken into consideration. It was fabricated by dip-coating the PbSe quantum dots doped sol onto the taper region of fiber coupler. The PbSe quantum dots was synthesized according to a colloidal method. And a lower refractive index sol was also synthesized as the host of PbSe QDs. A standard single mode fiber was used to make the fusion tapered fiber coupler which had double input and output ports. With the simple structure, a signal and a pump can be injected into the amplifier and excite the PbSe QDs through evanescent wave. But in the high temperature sensing the FIR technique has been researched a little. Based on the original PLT strategies, this paper introduces a mechanism to split the unoccupied shortest lightpaths into shorter ones when the network operates in a steady state. The results show that the characteristics of self-similarity and linear chirp will be lost due to third-order dispersion. However, by using a dispersion compensation technique, one can obtain efficient and high-quality compressed pulses.
