Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Babah Ie, Kecamatan Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, Provinsi Aceh. Teknik pengambilan data adalah teknik Non Random Sampling dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian 5 sampel petakan tambak dari keseluruhan 18 petakan tambak udang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan budidaya udang yang diperoleh rata-rata setiap siklus sebesar Rp. 122.392.609/ha, analisis resiko produksi menunjukkan bahwa koefisien variansi produksi sebesar 0,267 dengan batas bawah sebesar 4.527 kg. Sedangkan analisis resiko pendapatan menunjukkan koefisien variansi sebesar 0,387 dengan batas bawah sebesar 27.722.857/ha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menetapkan Farm Mahyuddin sebagai sampel dari populasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1.26, dengan demikian usaha layak untuk dijalankan. Hasil analisis pengukuran produktivitas didapati nilai 19.743 kg/ha dengan tingkat SR sebesar 85%, FCR 1.2, berat 27.0 g/ekor, laju pertumbuhan 0.28 g/hari dengan masa budidaya selama 120 hari pada siklus ke-4. Pada siklus ke-5, produktivitas sebesar 18.329 kg/ha, SR 74%, FCR 1.5, berat 26.8 g/ekor, laju pertumbuhan 0.28 g/hari dengan masa budidaya selama 120 hari. Produktivitas sebesar 17.982 kg/ha pada siklus ke-6, SR 80%, FCR 1.1, berat 22.3 g/ekor, laju pertumbuhan 0.28 g/hari dengan masa budidaya selama 105 hari. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengendalian terhadap sifat tersebut. Salah satu cara yaitu pemasangan media pelindung di dalam wadah pemeliharaan. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di BPBAP Ujung Batee, Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan berbagai jenis shelter terhadap kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan benih ikan kakap putih. Ukuran panjang ikan pada awal penebaran adalah ± 3,5 cm, dan berat ikan pada awal penebaran berkisar antara ±0,8 gram. Jumlah keseluruhan ikan yang diteliti berjumlah 480 ekor, jumlah wadah yang digunakan 12 unit. Untuk pemberian pakan diberikan sebanyak 3 kali sehari, yaitu pada pagi, siang dan sore hari. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan dengan parameter pengamatan adalah tingkat kelangsungan hidup, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak dan pertumbuhan berat mutlak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan berbagai jenis shelter berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tingkat kelangsungan hidup, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan panjang mutlak serta pertumbuhan berat mutlak benih ikan kakap putih dengan hasil terbaik pada perlakuan B dengan nilai berturut-turut 88%, 3,7 cm, dan 4,5 g. Hasil dari penelitian ini di PPI Calang memiliki dua pola distribusi. Pola 1 terdiri atas produsen, pengumpul, pengecer, dan konsumen. Sedangkan pola 2 terdiri atas produsen, pengumpul, dan konsumen. Daerah pendistribusi dan pemasaran hasil tangkap di PPI Calang keseluruh kecamatan di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya untuk di pasar lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pertumbuhan, tingkat kelangsungan hidup, rasio konversi pakan nener bandeng (Chanos-chanos). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Sebagai perlakuan adalah penggunaan tepung daun gamal 40%, 30%, 20% dan 0% dalam pakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, tingkat kelangsungan hidup, rasio konversi pakan terbaik ditemukan pada perlakuan penggunaan tepung daun gamal 0% dan 20%. Media yang digunakan untuk menurunkan suhu ialah es batu. Measurement of intestinal histology of tilapia was carried out at the Histology Laboratory of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University. The method used in this study is a completely randomized design method (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. The parameter tested was intestinal villi length. The treatments in this study were treatment A (control), treatment B (addition of activated charcoal 1%), treatment C (addition of activated charcoal 2%), and treatment D (addition of activated charcoal 3%). Sea cucumbers are often processed into dried sea cucumbers and crackers. therefore the researchers made a comparison between the two samples of processed sea cucumber crackers and commercial sea cucumber crackers to determine their quality. Furthermore, to determine differences in the content of the protein content, fat content, ash content, and water content, and hedonic test of crackers cucumbers. The research method is experimental laboratories. The results of testing the protein content of processed sea cucumber crackers by 4.46%, while in commercial sea cucumber crackers by 0.56%, fat content in processed sea cucumber crackers by 0.45%, and in commercial sea cucumber crackers by 0.95%, ash content in processed sea cucumber crackers by 0.01%, and in commercial sea cucumber crackers by 0.51%, and the content of water content in processed sea cucumber crackers was 6.15% and in commercial sea cucumber crackers was 8.94%. The quality of processed sea cucumber crackers and commercial sea cucumber crackers in this study both of the crackers have good quality. The result of hedonic test of processed sea cucumber crackers is 7.44 μ ≥ 8.18 so it is suitable for consumption. This study aims to determine the appropriate substrate for hatchability of betta fish eggs. This study uses a non factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were control (treatment A), dried ketapang leaf substrate (treatment B), dried coconut leaf substrate (treatment C) and dried banana leaf substrate (D). The container used is a jar with a volume of 10 l and filled with water as much as 5 l, dense stocking of betta fish eggs as much as 50 grains / liter. Observation parameters included hatching time, hatchability and survival rate of betta fish larvae. The results of this study were analyzed using the one way Anova test. The results showed that the use of different substrates significantly affected the egg hatchability and survival rate of betta fish (P <0.05).
