The method used in this study is a completely randomized design method (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. The parameter tested was intestinal villi length. The treatments in this study were treatment A (control), treatment B (addition of activated charcoal 1%), treatment C (addition of activated charcoal 2%), and treatment D (addition of activated charcoal 3%). 摘要

本研究旨在研究添加活性活性炭对罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)肠道组织学的影响。亚齐省Lampoh Keude 8.5罗非鱼的肠道组织学测量是在西亚吉隆坡大学兽医学院组织学实验室进行的。本研究采用完全随机设计方法(CRD), 4个处理,3个重复。试验参数为肠绒毛长度。本研究处理为处理A(对照)、处理B(添加1%的活性炭)、处理C(添加2%的活性炭)和处理D(添加3%的活性炭)。结果表明,添加2%的活性炭活性骨鱼,肠绒毛长度为344.44µm的处理C对肠道组织学的影响最好
