The characteristics of composite products are set by reinforcement schemes and the use of various binders. The stability of the strength characteristics significantly depends on the stability of the process of winding the reinforcing fibers. The kinematic scheme of the equipment realizes the rotation of the winding unit around the axis of the cross-section of the mandrel and the longitudinal-angular movement of the mandrel of the winding unit, which provides the possibility of cylindrical and spiral winding of the tape. The investigation of the nature of the variation in motion parameters for various programming methods has been carried out. To compile them, a special computer algebra system is used. It implements complex analytical transformations of the formal description for the dynamic model of the spatial UAV motion. As an example of using the developed approach, we consider the simulation of the motion of a hybrid multicopter vehicle developed at NTU “KhPI”. This UAV uses an internal combustion engine for lift providing, control and stabilization are performed using electric motors. It is determined that enterprises do not always take into account the interconnection of processes taking place in different departments, and as a result, the effectiveness of using mathematical models for both forecasting electricity consumption and assessing consumption efficiency is reduced. The information on development of correlation functions for the decision of problems of fast estimation of the increased accuracy of a phase shift and amplitude of an electric signal changing sinusoidally, industrial frequency on a time interval making a part of its period is presented. It was shown that the addition of butyl alcohol to the phosphate electrolyte conditions the origination of the effect of electrochemical polishing. The polarization dependencies of the brass anode in the electrolytes containing butanol are peculiar for the metals prone to the passive state transition. The sections of polarization dependences correspond to active dissolution domain, the active-passive state domain, passive brass state domain and the domain of a joint progress of the process of alloy dissolution and oxygen release. It is shown that the transition of the converter from the non-compensation mode of operation to the compensating one requires the research of three modes: 1) starting, in which the commutating voltage has an insignificant value, 2) transient mode characterized by increased values of the commutating voltage, and 3) compensating. The results of the study of the process of forming the commutating voltage in three situations of the starting mode are given because the volume of publication is limited. To increase the signal-to-noise ratio, it is proposed to use a digital optical sensor and a threshold averaging algorithm for the luminous flux. Unlike traditional methods for measuring the light field, the developed setup does not use a CCD matrix, which made it possible to significantly reduce the cost of components. Due toits current conditions, this current causes the differential relay to misdiagnosis the internal fault of the transformer and leads to an incorrect cut-off command. In this paper, fuzzy systems are using to improve the differential protection of the transformer and to stabilize it against magnetizing inrush current. The basis of the proposed algorithm is that if the cut-off command is sending by the differential relay, by applying Clarke transform to the differential current and using fuzzy logic, the decision to send the cut-off command to the protection relays is made. The proposed algorithm is applying to a sample of the substation transformers model in Iran. The network is simulating in PSCAD/EMTDC software and the output of the simulation is transferring to MATLAB software to apply the proposed algorithm.
