In response to climate change, Green Building Certifications in developed countries such as BREEAM(UK), LEED(USA), DGNB(Germany), and CASBEE(Japan), have been extended to the neighborhood unit or city levels, i.e., BREEAM Communities, LEED Neighborhood Development, DGNB Stadtquartiere, CASBEE Urban Development. On the other hand, for the Green Building Certifications in Korea, some criteria such as indoor environment and energy have been given more emphasis than others such as external environment(land use, traffic, ecological environment). In addition, results from the analysis of the evaluation scores on the external environment of 79 housing complexes show that the score on the indoor environment and energy determines the evaluation grade, whereas the score on the external environment is less weighted and has less impact. This study extensively reviewed various characteristics and management factors of the owner-providing materials consumed in the public apartment housing under Direct Buying System(DBS) from the public owner's perspective. Subsequently, the major managed materials were identified, and the proper response plan was developed along the material procurement process. The Procurement Management Load Indices (PMLI) of 43 materials were evaluated according to rating criteria with procurement path, project-specified level, user requirement level, supplier's responsibility, on-site work requirement, additional parts, and inspection standards. The tile and aluminum windows were classified in the group needing high-level procurement efforts to reduce the errors and ensure the efficiency. In the certification system, the energy performance was usually assessed by Energy Performance Index(EPI) of the Energy Saving Design Standards for Buildings. However, due to the inadequacy of analyses on current situation of the Index, there are difficulties to reform it. In this research of green-certified apartments, the author examined correlations between energy performance indexes and aimed to improve the Index by analyzing the scores based on point distribution of respective fields. The average EPI score of green-certified apartments was 74.68, and there was wide variations in min 63.4 and max 90. Furthermore, the average score of energy consumption, which was allotted the most points, was 7.04 out of 12. {"title":"밴드형 전단보강근으로 보강된 무량판 슬래브 내부접합부의 구조 거동 평가","authors":"Bum-Sik Lee, Seong-Sik Park, Ji-young Park, Jong-Dae Bang, Myoung-Hoon Jun, Gun-Hee Cho","doi":"10.5804/LHIJ.2013.4.4.371","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5804/LHIJ.2013.4.4.371","url":null,"abstract":"불균형 모멘트가 작용하는 무량판 슬래브 내부접합부를 대상으로 폐쇄형 전단보강근으로 보강한 1개 실험체와 밴드형 전단보강근으로 전단보강한 2개의 실험체를 제작하여 구조성능을 평가하였다. 구조성능평가 결과, 구조설계기준(KBC 2009)으로 평가한 불균형모멘트는 실험결과의 95%로 매우 잘 일치하나, 개정 구조설계기준(KCI 2012)으로 산정한 불균형모멘트는 실험결과의 약 60%에 불과하여, 내부접합부의 불균형모멘트를 과대평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 밴드형 전단보강근은 기존 전단보강근과 비교하여 유사한 구조성능을 가지며, 시공성이 우수한 것으로 나타나 중진지역의 무량판구조물 설계 시 적용할 수 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 【This study performs an experimental investigation to evaluate the behavior of RC flat plate interior joints specimens. Three 60 percent scale Flat Plate interior specimens assemblies representing a portion of a Flat Plate Apartment Structural System subjected to simulated seismic loading (unbalanced moments) under constant axial load were tested, including one specimens with ordinary shear reinforcement and two specimens with folded bend type shear reinforcement. Test results are shown that (1) the design code KBC 2009 is accurate estimate the behavior of specimens. (2) Two types shear reinforcement have a similar structural behavior, but construction work of rebar with folded bend type shear reinforcement is easier than that of ordinary shear reinforcement. Korean government reflected these trends in the main flows of the national development index, and suggested diverse directions for green construction technologies and high quality construction environment through Third master plan for construction environment. However, the efforts to follow these trends during the construction process as a step for production phrase are not being considered enough yet. In this study, we identified the basic environmental management factors in order to enhance the eco-friendliness of public housing construction sites, and suggested the reasonable conducting parties and process for those respective factors. The results of this study are expected to be the valuable reference in defining the required activities and participants' responsibilities, and improving the work process for systematic on-site environmental management. In applying those results, the discussion should be followed on the executing party of each unit activity and the responsibility assignment for each process. At the same time, the legislation and standard related to environment need to be essentially amended. {"title":"A Study on the Seasonal Survey of the Indoor Air Quality in New Apartment Houses","authors":"C. The surveyed houses were 48 new apartment complex in 2012 across the country. The houses were carried out the bakeout before the test. The measuring method was “Indoor air quality testing standards process” and the measured items were formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, styrene average emissions. All the items were more emitting during the summer. From June to September the average concentration of formaldehyde emission was higher than other seasons. The average emissions of benzene concentrations in all seasons were released in small quantities. Average emissions of toluene and ethylbenzene concentration from April to August showed slightly higher emissions.
