Resonance elements made on the central electrodes of a symmetrical high-Q strip line suspended on a dielectric substrate. The resonator has two fundamental modes of oscillation: in-phase and anti-phase. The main mode of the oscillations of the resonator is anti-phase. It corresponds to the X-range of frequencies, the first higher oscillation mode (in-phase) corresponds to the Ku-band. The paper presents the results of calculation: resonance frequency f, shunt impedance R/Q and Q-factor for $pmb{pi}$ and $pmb{2pi}$ modes of oscillations. The use of this type biosensors makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of detecting changes in the refractive index of the medium under investigation to a level ${(1-2)mathrm{x}10^{-9}}$ RIU. The given sensitivity values are achieved due to the formation of a high-quality Fano resonance in the grating with the contour width at half-height of 1–5 pm. However, the possibility of obtaining significant gains in metrological characteristics poses the problem of characterizing such narrowband resonances, since the existing optical spectrum analyzers and interrogators do not have the appropriate resolution. To solve this problem, a microwave photonics method of three-frequency probing of an ultra-narrowband and asymmetric Fano contour with symmetric amplitude-modulated radiation and unbalanced amplitude sideband components is proposed. Previously one can use microwave photonic method of dual-frequency symmetric balanced probing with equal amplitudes of components and the suppressed carrier for solving such problem. Unlike it, using of proposed method, resolve to get unambiguous determination of the center frequency, maximum amplitude and quality of Fano contours, as well as the possibility of significantly simplifying the technique of collecting information about their parameters. It should be noted that decision has also to be true for the characterization of Fano resonance with its symmetrical realizations. The accepted value of the readiness coefficient allows us to determine the maximum servicing interval for FOCL. The flow dynamics depends on many parameters, in particular social and economical parameters. Based on the results of measurements on highways in Deutschland, B.S. Kerner has concluded that the known mathematical traffic models are not always adequate. The congested flows are very unstable, and, therefore, it is important to know the real function of state, which shows the dependence of the flow intensity on the density. In Moscow, an intellectual transport system has been created. This system collects the data on the flow characteristics. In this paper, an algorithm has been developed such that this algorithm calibrates a traffic mathematical model. This model is based on the deterministic-stochastic approach and concepts of synchronous or asynchronous exclusion processes. The model parameters are set based on data of measurements made on a section of Leningradsky prospect in Moscow with the intellectual transport system SS125 - Traffic Sensor Smartsensor Wavetronix. Data of year 2011 are not very accurate. However, these data contain information on the intensity, density, velocity and vehicle types for any minute segment during a day. The data of measurements made in 2019 are more accurate but only total traffic intensity in each direction were measured. The algorithm, developed in this paper, is used for the estimation of the traffic density and velocity dynamics based on the data of 2019 year. We consider a version of homogeneous flow model and two versions of heterogeneous flow model. Analog and digital complex filters are described in detail in the technical literature. In recent years also appeared work devoting on the calculation and implementation of complex filters on switchable capacitors. One of the methods of calculating filters on switchable capacitors is the method of converting an active RC filter by replacing resistors with switchable capacitors. The use of identical complex links on inverting integrators allows to simplify the calculation of the block diagram of an analog complex band-pass filter with a high-order LF-prototype. It also becomes possible to restructure the central frequency and bandwidth of a band-pass complex filter by synchronously changing the parameters of identical complex links. In this article describes the complex link's scheme of inverting non-ideal integrators implemented on two operational amplifiers. Offers the method of calculation of complex bandpass filters based on complex links, implemented by using switchable capacitors. In the schemes of complex band-pass filters on switched capacitors, it is possible to independently adjust the central frequency and bandwidth by changing the nominal values of identical capacitors in the links or by changing the corresponding switching frequency. As an example, a schematic diagram of a complex band-pass filter with 2nd order Butterworth LF prototype has been developed. The first model is implemented on the basis of summators and analog complex links. The second model is implemented on the basis of summators and complex links containing operational amplifiers and switchable capacitors. Circuit simulation of complex filters was carried out in the Micro-Cap program. In the frequency domain compared the values of frequency response curve of both filters at different frequencies. These values are almost the same.
