There is shown the specific criteria for telecommunication equipment immunity tests. Testing techniques for damped oscillatory wave immunity test discussed in detail. Simulation and calculation are carried out, on the basis of which a scheme for constructing a test simulator for the noise immunity of an oscillating wave is proposed. An overview of methods and means of protection against damped oscillatory wave interference are include. In this case, to reflect the influence of the channel on the transmission path, it is sufficient to simulate the sequence of errors. To simulate the sequence of errors, a mathematical model was proposed, which is based on the representation of the envelope of a fading signal in the form of a probabilistic discrete automaton, for which a simple Markov chain is used. The developed analog-digital algorithms for determining basic parameters of harmonic signals by the minimum of instantaneous readouts in a time shorter than their period are described on the basis of the proved theorem. The results of mathematical modeling of the developed algorithm of determining the frequency of a harmonic signal by the probabilistic-statistical method are presented. However, acoustic underwater systems have low bandwidth, which is not enough for modern wireless sensors and underwater vehicles. The use of radio waves also does not provide the desired combination of transmission speed and range. All this has led to the development of optical wireless underwater communication, as it potentially provides a higher data rate than traditional acoustic underwater communication systems with significantly lower energy consumption. One of the main difficulties in designing underwater optical wireless systems is the complexity of modeling the physical and chemical characteristics of ocean water. The requirements for synchronization for such systems also increase. In such systems linear recurrent sequences are widely used for synchronization. In this paper filtration algorithms of linear recurrent sequences sequences are synthesized. The synthesized algorithms can be classified as quasi-noncoherent (subincoherent) algorithms, as opposed to quasi-coherent algorithms, which use phase estimate of the received signal, or to noncoherent algorithms that use averaging over the entire region of phase uncertainty.
