Moreover, blockchain enables enhanced supply chain management, robust data protection, and the decentralization of marketplaces. The purpose of this article is to examine the multi-faceted impacts of blockchain technology on e-commerce effectiveness and to assess its potential as a cornerstone for digital transformation in commercial operations. Utilizing a case study methodology, the research explores practical applications of blockchain in e-commerce, particularly focusing on systems like the IBM Food Trust for improving supply chain transparency and consumer trust. The study employs a comparative \u0000analysis to delineate the effects of blockchain on operational efficiency and consumer satisfaction. While the findings acknowledge the profound short-term benefits of blockchain implementation, they also highlight significant challenges related to scalability and regulatory frameworks that could affect long-term integration. Pojavljuje se kao nova paradigma za poboljšanje privrednog rasta, uz istovremeno smanjenje potrošnje prirodnih resursa i sprečavanje devastacije ekosistema. Ekonomski prosperitet mora inkorporirati socijalne konotacije oličene u unapređenju zdravstvenog stanja stanovništva, socijalne pravde, zaposlenosti i zaštiti životnog ambijenta. To je posebno značajno za države Zapadnog Balkana, koje su siromašne, ali sa ogromnim potencijalima za implementaciju zelene ekonomije, održiv razvoj i ekološko \u0000preduzetništvo. Aktuelni poduhvat zasniva se na Zelenoj agendi za Zapadni Balkan, usklađenom sa Evropskim zelenim sporazumom, koja obuhvata pet primarnih oblasti: dekarbonizaciju, cirkularnu ekonomiju, smanjenje zagađenja, održivu poljoprivredu i biodiverzitet. Cilj rada je da prikaže moguće modalitete ravnoteže između ekonomskog progresa i socijalne inkluzije u kontekstu zaštite životne okoline. Navedeni segmenti utiču na privrednu, političku i društenu stabilnost. Rezultati istraživanja upućuju na nove pravce ostvarivanja društvenog prosperiteta sa većim brojem mogućih rešenja za prevazilaženje kontroverzi, gde je potrebno sadržajno i kompetentno angažovanje državnih institucija. FOREX je najpristupačnije i najlikvidnije globalno tržište valuta koje se zasniva na tekućim i investicionim transakcijama. FOREX je počeo značajnije da se razvija ukidanjem fiksnih deviznih kurseva, pojavom fluktuirajućih deviznih kurseva i rastom konvertabilnosti valuta i ima suštinski značaj za međunarodne transakcije roba, usluga i finansijskih sredstava. Pored toga, danas se međunarodno devizno tržište smatra najvećim decentralizovanim tržištem na svetu na kojem je procenjeni dnevni promet u 2022. godini iznosio 6,6 biliona američkih dolara (USD). Ovaj rad je posvećen izučavanju promptnog i terminskog deviznog tržišta, kao i postojećih aranžmana deviznog kursa na osnovu njihove de facto klasifikacije i njihovog mogućeg uticaja na privredne performanse. Međutim, postoje i gledišta na osnovu kojih se tvrdi da ni zvanično proklamovani režim deviznog kursa, ali da ni de facto politika deviznog kursa ne govore u potpunosti o politici deviznog kursa neke zemlje. In the context of the Republic of Moldova, which has shown an increased interest in joining the EU, there is an opportunity to learn from the experience of other EU member states that have gone through the accession process in the past. These countries, which have already become EU members, or are candidate states, “have navigated” through similar stages of negotiation, implementation of reforms and adjustment to the standards and requirements of the European community. Their experiences provide a valuable source of information and perspectives for the Republic of Moldova in its own accession process. These high rates are alarming, therefore, this study attempt to examine the effect of malaria and poverty on infant mortality a proxy for child health in Nigeria using a data for the period 1990-2021. Auto-regressive distributed lag model (ARDL) was used as the estimation technique. The study's findings showed that both in the short and long run, poverty rate has a negative non-significant effect on infant mortality while malaria has a positive and significant effect on infant mortality. Government expenditure on health both in the short run and long run is positive and nonsignificant on child health. The current values of primary school enrolment (PSE) and number of physician (NOP) have a negative (-0.014 and -0.0002) non-significant effect on infant mortality in the short, and also negative (-0.501 and -1.654) but significant in the long run. The study recommends that policies that will improve child health and promote poverty reduction should be put in place and well implemented in Nigeria.
