We proposed a new type of optical power meter that uses a BP neural network improved by a genetic algorithm to compensate for the optical power for temperature. The algorithm utilizes an agent to take actions in the transmission environment, change the corresponding state to obtain rewards, and update the Q-matrix. Through iterative steps, the Q-matrix eventually converges. After learning, the optimal routing strategy can be obtained relying on the Q-table. In addition, this paper solves the consensus problem and routing loop problem between nodes using the SDN network architecture. To meet different quality of service requirements, a new reward function is proposed for the Q-learning algorithm, which considers both transmission bandwidth, communication delay, packet loss rate, and transmission service type. The algorithm groups the DCT coefficients generated by H.264 video coding according to the embedding efficiency and embeds the watermark by a reversible method to achieve watermark extraction at the decoding end and lossless recovery of the original video. For a specific use case, network structure learning and parameter learning are performed on the basis of discrete processing of raw continuous data. Through the validation of test data, it is demonstrated that the learned network structure meets our expectation of the relationship between electromagnetic environment, ports, and system effects, and has a high accuracy in predicting the system electromagnetic interference effects. However, due to the lack of digital monitoring equipment, intraoperative injuries may occur if the surgeon fails to control the manipulation force properly. To monitor the mechanics of the surgery, a mechanics monitoring system was designed in this paper. The system is calibrated and tested for early warning under simulated conditions. Based on the feedback from the system, the surgeon can be assisted to adjust the manipulation in time. However, when the original input is added with manually imperceptible perturbations, these deep network models mostly tend to output incorrect predictions. The vulnerability of these models poses great threat to intelligent applications, and these manually imperceptible perturbations are called adversarial examples. Current baseline methods have achieved considerable white-box attack success rate, but black-box rate remains to be improved. To boost the adversarial generalization, ensemble models method is introduced to the process of generating adversarial examples. This paper proposes multiple ensemble strategies with baseline attack methods based on existing ensemble strategy used by former methods. A new threshold function is proposed to address the shortcomings of these functions in denoising electrocardiogram signals. This network combines the new U-shaped network U2NetP and RAS Net segmentation network in the field of deep learning, and well combines the characteristics of each of the two segmentation networks through the self-made module and residual mechanism. It is outstanding in segmentation of different types of images. Due to diverse conduit materials and potential electromagnetic interference can significantly impact the signal propagation in the HV power line communication (HV-PLC) channels, the attenuation characteristics of HV-PLC channels in underground pipe gallery is crucial. In this paper, the simulation channel transmission model based on the HV power line carrier circuit are correctly established, in which the key parameters such as cable types, conduit materials, signal frequencies, and environmental conditions are considered. Finally, the research of attenuation characteristics of HV-PLC in the underground pipe gallery is carried out in detail, which becomes possible to predict and analyze the attenuation levels of the transmitted signals. Simulation results show that influence different arrangements of power cable line on the attenuation of the HV-PLC channels in the pipe gallery is clearly different. This paper analyzes the theoretical principle of CRC and the parallel CRC structure. Besides, this paper proposes a design method for the parallel CRC, which can generate parallel CRC circuits with different parallel bit width, different CRC generating polynomial, and different input data length. The FPGA performance (LUT consumption and max frequency) of our approach is comparable to the state-of-art parallel CRC method.
