Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 22 Kisaran kelas VIII dan IX tahun pembelajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah siswa 378 orang, sedangkan s ampel berjumlah 182 orang. Hasilnya diketahui komunikasi guru bimbingan konseling mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perkembangan kepribadian siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 22 Kisaran. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan perhitungan korelasi variabel X (komunikasi guru bimbingan konseling) terhadap variabel Y (perkembangan kepribadian siswa), menghasilkan nilai 0,468, artinya variabel tersebut dalam kategori pengaruh yang sedang. Penghitungan analisis statistik berdasarkan pada teori komunikasi antarpribadi diperoleh hasil atau gambaran bahwa bentuk hubungan antarvariabel penelitian telah sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasilnya diketahui komunikasi guru bimbingan konseling mempunyai pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. The researchers examined the contents of the coverage of two local print media namely Harian Analisa and Harian Waspada. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach by analyzing and describing the opinions of participants, namely three political parties. The three political parties included: Golkar, PPP and Gerindra parties. Based on research, it is known and produces national printed media distributed at the district, provincial, central level and has a large reader base such as Harian Analisa and Harian Waspada to measure political parties in assessing the electability of candidates for regency in the Tapsel Regional Election on December 9 2015. This research was conducted in February 2015 until August 2016. The focus of this research is denoted problems and connotations of Barthes's perspective in the lyrics of critical social impact of feuel price increases of fuel oil. The research method used was qualitative-descriptive approach.Based on the findings of this study showed in denotative and connotative construction of the social reality of the impact of the rising prices of fuel oil in the lyrics of a Kritis BBM proved based on the use of non-formal language, terminology, punctuation and the story in the lyrics. The form of the construction of social reality that is found is the constructive message describing about the regeneration of the future, the future of education and health, lack of well-being on the poor, the hegemony of social criticism, the concept of simple living, government policies are not transparent, social instability, and aid allocation fund compensation fraud.
