In particular the Drain/Source pads dimensions of CNT are analysed, as well as the interconnection lines between a CNT and an appropriate load are sized. In order to estimate parasitic elements in CNTs embedded integrated circuits, we analyse 50 nm technology. Moreover it is also possible for predictions analysis on 10 nm and 3 nm technology. We apply the proposed procedure to the design of a Common-Source amplifier, using a CNTFET model already proposed by us. The frequency domain simulations, obtained using the ADS simulator, show how the parasitic elements limit the performances of CNTs. In particular we obtain that the -3 dB cutting frequency of the examined amplifier full of parasitic elements increases as technology decreases. Due to poor garbage monitoring system, we see the garbage bins being overloaded and spills out from the bins causing pollution. To overcome this problem essentially, this project is designed which is about collecting the most amount of materials in the short period which is also cost efficient[1]. The project is designed in such a manner that it is supposed to work with all type of bins which contain any type of waste materials which may be mixed materials like papers, glass, metals and fluids[5]. This project also includes grinding system. When the blade rotates, it breaks waste materials into small powdery particles, so that large amount of wastes can be dumped in the bin and also it will be a time efficient[3]. Verma","doi":"10.26634/jele.13.2.19385","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26634/jele.13.2.19385","url":null,"abstract":"In this research article, a compact plus-shaped L-shaped slotted microstrip patch antenna is proposed for various applications, including the Global System for Mobile communication (GSM), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX), and C-band X-band applications. The rectangular patch includes a plus-shaped slot, with an L-shaped slot cut along it, providing enhanced bandwidth and gain with multiband resonance. The radiation pattern of the proposed antenna is also better. The proposed antenna is capable of operating in four bands: (2.0 – 2.5 GHz)/2.2 GHz for GSM and WLAN applications, (3.6 – 3.9 GHz)/3.7 GHz for Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) and WiMAX applications, (6.7 -7.4 GHz)/7.1 GHz, and (9.1 – 10.8 GHz)/10 GHz for C- and X-band applications. The impedance bandwidth is 22.7%, 8.1%, 10%, and 17% for each respective frequency range.
