People spend the huge amount for the oral hygiene with respect to daily use toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth rinses, etc. Everyone desires to maintain a brighter and whiter tooth with smile, no one interested in the yellowing coloring teeth. Many people use the cosmetic dentistry to maintain the teeth as a brighter white in color and shine. Many teeth whitening gel, paste, rinse off products recommended by the dentist and available in over the counter product. In general hydrogen peroxide, carbamide peroxide and peroxide releasing substances used as a bleaching agent. The present study aimed to estimate the clinical efficacy of Whitening toothpaste containing the Salt and Lemon with respect to the substantiation of product claims like whitening thorough cleansing, intense freshness and removal of yellow stains. At the end of study period almost 76% of people moved or shifted to the ‘Good’ scale and remaining 24% subjects are fall under the ‘Fair’ category. Study results clearly indicate that the salt and lemon help to remove the accumulation of supra gingival debris over six weeks period of usage. Tested whitening toothpaste helps to reduce the stains on the teeth, it clearly indicates significant decrease in CI-S (the value decreased from 1.50-1.09). Study results clearly indicate that the salt and lemon help to remove the accumulation of supra gingival debris minimum six weeks period of usage. However, the anatomy of the jaws, periodontal and iatrogenic problems represent limitations to the conventional rehabilitations of edentulous patients and with serious problems of the residual dental elements that would necessary preimplant bone regeneration treatments. These methods are to be considered for patients with a high biological and economic cost, with high morbility and based on the operator experience. For these reasons, the modern implant guidelines are based on clinical protocols that used the residual basal bone without bone regeneration. These methods, well supported by scientific data, provide for an immediate restoration of the function by positioning implants with immediate loading [1-4]. This approach is based on the placement “straight” implants in anterior area and tilted in posterior area. The reduced number of implant rehabilitations, whether they are inclined or not, are proved by numerous scientific studies showing that four implants are sufficient to support a fullarch prosthesis. Since the immediate loading of tilted and axial implants with placement of an immediate provisional prosthesis is proposed as a predictable, fast and cheap method to treat jaws atrophy, the purpose of this article is to illustrate the atrophic jaws rehabilitation with immediate loading of a patients with severe problems of residual dental elements using only basal bone [5-14]. *Corresponding author: Enrico Felice Gherlone, Department of Dentistry, Dean Professor, IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital, Italy. However, equally important, the orthotropic approach also improves facial appearance and positively impacts a child’s health through airway development and better posture. Ideally active orthotropic treatment begins between the ages 6-8 and finishes long before most traditional orthodontic treatment would even begin. It addresses the underlying causes of bad bites and misaligned teeth utilizing removable dental appliances as opposed to braces. The combination of periodontal and orthodontic treatment is being used to improve the periodontal conditions and esthetics [2-6]. Most of the case reports were related to tipping or intrusion of the central incisors [2-6]. Fixed appliances make brushing and flossing more difficult. Oral hygiene practices during clear aligner treatment can be easily maintained. A Meta-analysis concluded that clear aligners were better for periodontal health than fixed appliances [7]. Another systematic review showed a significant improvement of the periodontal health indexes was revealed, in particular when clear aligner treatment was compared to fixed appliances [8], no periodontal adverse effects were observed in the studies using clear aligner treatment [8].","PeriodicalId":361768,"journal":{"name":"Online Journal of Dentistry & Oral Health","volume":"116 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124220300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
