The aim of this study was to to investigate the scientific productivity and analyze the collaboration network of authors in the cyberchondria field in the Web of Science (WoS). Methods:To conduct this research, scientometric, altmetrics and social network analysis indicators were utilized. All scientific output related to the topic of cyberchondria indexed in the Web of Science until the collection of research data in June 2020 constituted the study materials. The Web of Science and Altmetric Explorer were used for data gathering. Moreover, UCINet and VOSviewer software was used for the visualization and analysis of scientific collaboration networks. Results:The majority of the papers (80%) were published in 2015-2020. 42.2% of total production was in 2019-2020. Journal of Anxiety Disorder has published the largest number of papers (10%). Most scientific productions in this field are related to the subject areas of psychiatry and psychology. Fiftyone papers out of the 79 papers with unique DOIs published in this field were mentioned at least once in social media platforms. 81.1% of the papers were multiple-authored. Conclusion: Although the number of papers in the cyberchondria field in the Web of Science was low, its trend is increasing. Investigating the collaboration network of researchers showed that they tended to participate in groups. Heart disease may be asymptomatic, but medical tests can predict and diagnose it. Diagnosis of heart disease requires extensive experience of specialist physicians. The aim of this study is to help physicians diagnose heart disease based on hybrid Binary Grasshopper Optimization (BGO) Algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). The BGO algorithm is used for feature selection (FS), and the KNN is used for classification. Methods: In this study, the medical records of 270 patients in the field of heart disease with 13 features were evaluated. The number of patients is equal to 120 and the absence of disease is equal to 150, so the data set is balanced. Patient information is taken from the standard UCI (University of California, Irvine) database. The evaluation of the proposed model has been done in MATLAB simulation. Results: According to the evaluations, the accuracy was 89.82%, the sensitivity was 89.61%, and the specificity was 90.41%, which are acceptable compared to the results of previous studies in the field of heart disease. Also, the percentage of accuracy of the proposed method based on 7 features (Age, Sex, Chest Pain, BP, Electrocardiographic, Angina, and Thallium) is equal to 90.35%. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, for the diagnosis of heart disease, the proposed method has been more effective in diagnosing the disease and selecting important features in comparison with previous methods. The patient flow throughout the hospital is affected by lack of the capacities that can lead to bed-blocking among the hospital units. In this research, the patient flow in the hospital is modeled as an open queueing network with blocking. Then, the hospital capacity planning is implemented to reduce the blocking using a simulation-based optimization approach in such a way that the total cost will not exceed from the accessible budget. Methods: This research is an applied research in terms of purpose, which is a descriptive-survey research in terms of data collection method. The data were collected during the first six months of the year 1396 in the selected hospital of Lorestan province. The research process is a combination of the bi-objective mathematical modeling and discrete-event simulation. Results: By analyzing the simulation results of the current situation, 43 scenarios were proposed to improve patient flow in the hospital units. Then, nine Pareto-optimal scenarios were determined by using the mathematical model on the simulation results of the proposed scenarios. Conclusion: In order to facilitate the selection of the optimal scenario by hospital administrators, the Pareto-optimal scenarios were classified and analyzed in two categories. The integration of the simulation model with the proposed mathematical model can lead to developing a practical approach for capacity planning and improvement of patient flow which can be used by other hospitals. The aim of this study was to prioritize factors affecting sustainable drug supply chain management in pharmacies of teaching hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This applied, cross-sectional study was performed by using Delphi and fuzzy Demetel methods. To identify the factors affecting the management of sustainable drug supply chain in the pharmacies in question, a questionnaire was designed based on the supply-chain operation reference model and was distributed among experts to collect their opinions. The sampling method was purposeful. In the next step, fuzzy Delphi method was used to identify the main factors and then, fuzzy Dimatel method was applied to determine and rank the Cause and Effect actors. Results: According to the findings, 23 factors were identified in five dimensions(reliability, accountability, flexibility, costs and asset management). The factors consisted of 6 exogenous and 17 endogenous factors, 10 of which were Cause factors and 7 were Effect factors. Conclusion: The most important factors identified in the present study were related to asset management and the highest number of factors were pertinent to accountability, indicating the poor response of the management system of the studied pharmacies. Therefore, addressing these two dimensions is more recommended in the management of pharmacies. Introduction: Health tourism is a new form of marketing in the tourism industry which has been growing in recent years. Health tourism is done to improve the health of people and to take them out of their place of residence. The aim of this article was to present a Health Tourism Model with emphasis on word-of-mouth advertising in health centers. Methods: This research was based on the grounded theory, and it was qualitative in nature. The researcher has attempted to identify the factors affecting the concept of health tourism by emphasizing the role of word-ofmouth advertising using a qualitative method. Interview was held with twenty managers of Health Tourism Center and academic experts, and finaly the data were analyzed and presented using the Grounded Theory approach. Results: Findings were put into a model with six main dimensions: market attractiveness, strategy, service diversification, internal conditions, word-ofmouth advertising, health tourism, and thirty-three sub-dimensions. Also, based on the interview, other factors affecting the issue of health tourism included political conditions of the country, economic factors, transportation prices, the cost of medical services, the number of specialized doctors, exchange rates, and the number of medical centers equipped with health tourism. Conclusion: According to the results, it can be said that decision makers can collect and categorize the factors influencing the health tourism concept.
