The SCARA configuration has the main advantage of gravitational load, Coriolis, and centrifugal forces not stressing the structure as much as with a robot with the axes horizontal. This feature is important at high speeds and for high precision and it provides high stiffness to the arm in the vertical direction, and high compliance in the horizontal plane. Thus this configuration is advantageous in the tasks involving assembly. In this paper, a SCARA robot is modeled using the commercial CAD software. Equations are presented for direct and inverse kinematics for a pick and place operation. The robot is used to pick a mechanical part/assembly from a conveyor and place it on a machine being serviced by the SCARA robot. Results of angular rotations, velocities, acceleration of joints and positions of the end effector are presented. Importance of positioning of the different members of a SCARA robot is highlighted.","PeriodicalId":360729,"journal":{"name":"Automation and Autonomous System","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114760172","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Linearization of these material responses can lead to significant errors in the solution. The diesel engine cylinder gasket joint is modeled and analyzed for the stress distribution. The One-dimensional nonlinear approximation made by the Gasket material option in the analysis package based on FEM sufficiently captures the response of the nonlinear gasket materials while maintaining practical solution times for the large model sizes associated with multi-cylinder head gasket joint models. This paper gives an overview of the model building and assembly process used to create a head gasket joint model, describes the non-linear nature of the materials used in the model. The analysis package based on FEM can give comprehensive details that can assist the designer to enhance the performance of components making.","PeriodicalId":360729,"journal":{"name":"Automation and Autonomous System","volume":"118 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133791931","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its growth and change rates make the task of finding recent information harder. The exponentially growing information published on the Web relies largely on a few major search engines like Google to be brought to the public nowadays. In fact, the increasing dynamics of the information distributed on the Internet challenge the flexibility of these centralized search engines. However, such an engine is not suitable for fresh information retrieval because it spends a long time to collect web pages by using a web robot (or crawler). In the other hand, there are some distributed search engines such as Cooperative Search Engine (CSE), and so on. However, these distributed search engines are able to update in a very short time, e.g. a few minutes. But it has more communication delay. In this paper, in order to reduce the delay we proposed a P2P Web search that connects an a-priori unlimited number of peers, each of which maintains a personal local database and a local search facility. Each peer posts a small amount of metadata to a physically distributed directory layered on top of a DHT-based overlay network that is used to efficiently select promising peers from across the peer population that can best locally execute a query. Further usage of Apriori algorithm and Page Rank algorithm improves mining of frequently viewed documents to greater extent. We also uses Textual Entailment approach for searching a relevant document for a given keyword ie) to retrieve not only textual documents that have specified keywords, but also to discover semantically equivalent or entailed documents from given keywords.","PeriodicalId":360729,"journal":{"name":"Automation and Autonomous System","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131571561","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most common wireless technologies use radio. Large super markets have a great variety of goods and different supermarkets may have different distribution of commodity. Most of the customers find it difficult to stand in long queue for billing the purchased products. This causes waste of time and wrong billing for wrong customers. It provides a great solution to all these problems. Most recently LIFI is new emerging technology in the trend. In this project data transfer is processed between products and the mobile phone. It encompasses various types of fixed, mobile, and portable applications, including two-way radios, cellular telephones, Personal Digital Assistants ( PDAs), and wireless networking. Ot her examples of applications of radio wireless technology include GPS u nits, garage door openers, w ireless computer mice, keyboards a nd headsets, headphones, radio receivers, satellite television, broadcast television a nd cordless telephones. Ea ch and every product is having LIFI transmitter and it store the encoded data similar to the product id, cost of product and quantity. Here the mobile is integrated with LIFI receiver via OTG communication in the shopping cart. It can read the commodities’ information when the LIFI transmitter holding goods are chosen by the customers and placed inside the cart. After completing the purchase the payment is processed in mobile itself via mobile banking system. Mobile Bluetooth is a mainly used to send the purchase details to gate section. This data will be collected by gate section node and it verified the products and allows leaving. The product is mismatched at this stage immediately give the alarm to the owner. This technology is used in this project for finding out the information of the commodities.","PeriodicalId":360729,"journal":{"name":"Automation and Autonomous System","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132885469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
