The method used is to use panel data regression by using secondary data sourced from regional financial and asset management office in 9 Cities in East Java Province. The results of the research based on the panel data regression is balancing funds and regional original income have a positive effect on regional spending and experience phenomena flypapereffect as evidenced by the large value of the balancing fund coefficient compared to local revenue.\u0000 \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sektor ekonomi dasar, mengklasifikasikan belanja daerah dan fenomena flypaper effect pemerintah kota/kabupaten di Jawa Timur selama periode 5 tahun dari tahun 2016-2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan regresi data panel dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Dinas Keuangan dan Pengelolaan Aset Daerah di 9 Kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur. The data used includes two parts, namely primary and secondary data where primary data is data taken directly from business actors related to this researcher, while secondary data is data obtained through documentation of research objects in the form of written reports related to research. from the results of the study, it was found that the presence of covid-19 had a very large impact on traders, namely by decreasing the income of street vendors in the beach tourism area of ​​Lombang.\u0000 \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan pedagang kaki lima saat Covid-19 di Kecamatan Batang-batang Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif  kuantitatif yang dimana data yang diperoleh berbentuk keterangan baik angka dan maupun informasi secara lisan dan tulisan. In this study, the author uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used for research with a certain population or sample, data collection using research instruments, statistical data analysis with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. In this study, researchers took a sample of 30% of the districts in Pasuruan Regency, namely Bangil, Pandaan, Prigen, Purwodadi, Purwosari, Tutur, Sukorejo. The results showed that the growth of micro-enterprises in Pasuruan Regency affected and had a positive impact on the level of community welfare in Pasuruan Regency.\u0000 \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pertumbuhan usaha mikro terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Pasuruan dan untuk mengetahui sektor usaha mikro mana yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah metode penelitian yang didasarkan pada filosofi positivisme, digunakan untuk penelitian dengan populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data statistik dengan tujuan menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel 30% kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Pasuruan yaitu Bangil, Pandaan, Prigen, Purwodadi, Purwosari, Tutur, Sukorejo. The object of this research is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the banking sector for the period 2019-2021 using descriptive statistical formulas, chow test, hausmen test and linear regression with the value of Prob (F-statistic) showing a value of 0.0000 where < 0.05, thus indicating the variable independent has a significant effect on the concurrent dependent variable. The value of the Adjusted R-squared shows a value of 1.0000000 or 100% which indicates that the independent variable in the study can describe the dependent variable as much as 100%. Then the probability value for the DR variable is 0.0000 and the coefficient value is -0.000044 which indicates a negative effect on intellectual capital disclosure. Therefore, the first hypothesis is rejected.\u0000 \u0000Dalam ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan saat ini, modal intelektual memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia di bidang perbankan periode 2019-2021 dengan menggunakan rumus statistik deskriptif, uji chow, uji hausmen dan regresi linier dengan nilai Prob (F-statistik) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,0000 dimana < 0,05, sehingga menunjukkan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen konkuren. Nilai Adjusted R-squared menunjukkan nilai 1.0000000 atau 100% yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas dalam penelitian dapat menggambarkan variabel terikat sebanyak 100%. Kemudian nilai probabilitas variabel DR sebesar 0,0000 dan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,000044 yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif terhadap pengungkapan modal intelektual. The data used is secondary data with a period from 2011 to 2020. The analytical technique used in this research is using the effectiveness formula and the contribution formula. The results showed that  the level of effectiveness of the street lighting tax in the city of Palangkaraya a period from 2011 to 2022 tends to increase from year to year until it reaches a high level of effectiveness , so it can be said that governance in tax collection in the city of Palangkaraya las been going well. The contribution of street lighting tax in the city of Palangkaraya  a period from 2011 to 2022 that is with moderate criteria. Which means that the street lighting tax contibution to the lacal revenue of the city of Palangkaraya  contribute to economic growth a part from source of local revenue source another\u0000 \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui  tingkat kriteria efektivitas pajak penerangan jalan dan kontribusi pajak penerangan jalan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kota Palangka Raya. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode time series dari tahun  2011 hingga tahun 2020. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan  rumus efektifitas dan rumus kontribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas pajak penerangan jalan (PPJ) di Kota Palangka Raya selama tahun 2011-2020 cenderung mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun sampai mencapai tingkat efektivitas yang tinggi, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa  tata kelola dalam hal pemungutan pajak di Kota Palangkaraya sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kontribusi pajak penerangan jalan (PPJ) di Kota Palangkaraya selama tahun 2011-2020  yaitu dengan kriteria sedang. While the results of the mutiple  regression research show that partially, Hotel Accommodation have a negative and significant effect on agriculture. The samples involved in this study were as many as 20% 0f population. This study used a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as the instrument in the data collection technique. SPSS version 25.0 was employed to analyze the data obtained. The results of the study stated that based on the results of the T test, workload had a positive effect on employee performance and the work environment also had an effect on employee performance. Similar to the T test, the results of the F test also show that the two variables (workload and work environment) affected employee performance.
