The independent variables in the study are Third Party Funds (DPK), Return on Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Minimum Capital Adequacy Requirement (KPMM), Non-Performing Financing (NPF_Gross), Against Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. . The population used in this study were all Indonesian Islamic banking for the 2010-2020 period, namely 14 banks. The sample of this research is using 8 Islamic banking. With the sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The results of this study are that the third-party funds (DPK) have a positive and significant effect on Islamic bank financing. Return on Asset (ROA) has a negative and significant effect on Islamic bank financing. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has a positive and significant effect on Islamic bank financing. Minimum Capital Adequacy Requirement (KPMM) has a positive and insignificant effect on Islamic bank financing. The systematic governance of each company varies due to differences in the character and culture of a country. However, each model still has weaknesses so that currently some of the researchers are researching the convergence between corporate governance models.. Therefore, this paper discusses various models of corporate governance such as stakeholder, shareholder and continental models as well as the concept of corporate governance convergence. The purpose of writing this paper first, to know the characteristics of each model as well as how much influence the concept of corporate governance convergence. After successfully exceeding the first goal researchers are also interested to know what is the right corporate governance model to applied on the industry in Indonesia. The population is customers at the savings account of KCP Sampang with a sample of 100 respondents and using incidental sampling techniques, primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data using literature and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression. Simultaneously product knowledge, administrative costs and profit-sharing have a significant effect on people's interest in becoming customers in KCP Sampang's barokah savings. This study uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is secondary data consisting of local tax revenues, number of visitors to tourism objects, hotel room occupancy rates and GDP at constant prices in Manokwari Regency. The data collection method uses the library method, while the analytical tool used is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that partially income per capita had a positive and significant effect on tax revenue in Manokwari Regency, the number of visitors to tourism objects had a negative and significant effect on tax revenue in Manokwari Regency and hotel room occupancy rates had a positive and significant effect on local tax revenue in Manokwari Regency. . Employment opportunities are influenced by several factors, namely the level of education, provincial minimum wage , and the number of industries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and analyze the variables of Education level, Provincial Minimum Wage , and Number of Industries on Employment Opportunities in East Java Province 1995-2020. This study uses the Multiple Regression analysis tool method with time series. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of Education Level, Provincial minimum wage, and Number of Industries have a significant effect on Employment Opportunities in East Java Province in 1995-2020. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 95 percent of employment opportunities and the remaining 5 percent are explained by other variables not examined. This study aims is to analyze and determine the employment of provinces in Indonesia. Data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data used consists of data from each province in Indonesia in the form of data on the number of labor force, Gross Regional Domestic Product, Inflation, and the Human Development Index in 2014-2018. The research uses panel data with the Fixed Effect Model method. The research method is carried out with a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data types, obtained on the information of a second party as a competent data provider. The analysis technique used is location quetiont (lq) analysis and descriptive qualitative approach as a method in determining the basis and non-base sectors as well as shifting economic activities by taking the location of East Java. The change in the structure of the economy can also be seen from the change in the contribution of each sector to GDP / GRDP. This research used secondary  and the data obtained from the Tourism Office of East Java Province, the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of East Java Province and the Central Statistics Agency of East Java Province. The analysis technique in this research is panel data analysis wich is prossed using Random Effect Model (REM) . The dependent variable in this study is labor in the tourism sector in the Regency/City East Java Province in 2012-2018, while independent variables is the number of hotels, the number of restaurants, the number of tourism objects and number of tourists in the Regency / City of East Java Province in 2012. -2018. In this reseach, it is found that the variables number of hotels, the number of restaurants, the number of Tourism objects a positive and significantly. Data was processed through E-views. The results showed that road condition variable and electricity variable have a significant positive effect on PDRB of Mojokerto City. In this study researchers have limitations using only 16 years and using road condition variable and electricity variable as an independent variable so that it can affect theresearch results.
