To solve the problem that SAR images and optical image matching are sensitive to radiation distortion, a novel heterogeneous image matching algorithm is proposed based on image frequent-domain wavelet decomposition based on phase congruency. Firstly, morphological denoising was carried out for image pairs, and then wavelet decomposition was performed by log-Gabor filter to obtain phase consistency of pixel points (PC graph). Then, feature descriptors were established based on the maximum index graph. Double-point matching was used as the search strategy for feature matching, and the random sampling consensus algorithm was used to eliminate false matching. Compare with traditional SIFT method. Applying data mining technology to enterprise management can provide more effective support for enterprise decision-making. In order to improve competitiveness in the fierce market competition, more and more enterprises pay more attention to the need of risk management and control. On the one hand, financial risk analysis can make early warning to ensure the continuous operation of enterprises and bring economic profits for enterprises; on the other hand, it can also avoid risks for investors. This paper takes small, medium and micro enterprises on the New Third Board as the research object and uses data mining technology to study the internal relationship between main financial ratios and enterprise bankruptcy risk. Through the application of association rules and apriori algorithm, this study found some indicators closely related to the bankruptcy risk of enterprises, including current ratio, quick ratio, ROA and cash ratio. When these ratios fall below a certain value, enterprises are more likely to get into financial trouble. According to the regulations of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the ELT of aircrafts operating in China must transmit emergency signal by both 121.5MHz and 406MHz. At present, the civil aviation air traffic control (ATC) in China cannot accurately and efficiently obtain alarms from aircraft in distress because of the different way of receiving the two signals. In order to solve the current problem, an ELT signal monitoring and alarm system is proposed. It can provide an ability of monitoring 121.5MHz and 406MHz ELT signals at the same time, and obtain more information of aircraft in distress by matching the ELT signal and ELT database. This is a more effective way to monitor aircraft in distress than the Global Satellite Search and Rescue System (COSPAS-SARSAT) does. The amphibious hexapod robot has a rectangular body with six 3 degree of freedom legs symmetrically distributed along the longitudinal centre line of the body, and all joints are driven by stepper motors. The back of the robot is equipped with a thruster and the lower part has a water reservoir structure, which allows the robot to move forward, float and sink in water. The study of rural developing is becoming an important issue at present. In this paper, we use KMEANS clustering the rural developing levels, and we identify 4 main factors from 14 factors at four aspects: prosperous industry, eco-friendly living, affluent living and agricultural development, and from the case study, 5 types of rural developing level are clustered by KMEANS technology. Through the analysis of their working principles and the verification of simulation experiments, the polar navigation algorithm based on grid navigation mechanical arrangement is proposed, the polar navigation scheme of the inertial navigation system with abscissa system is established, and the conversion relation of each navigation parameter in the inertial navigation system between the abscissa system and the traditional coordinate system is derived. Each slice of the lightweight filling model was regarded as a graph. After preprocessing, the Euler path was constructed by deleting edges and adding edges. Hierholzer algorithm was used to find the Euler path in the graph, and finally the global continuous printing path of each slice was obtained. Compared with the existing commercial slicing software Slic3r and Cura, the printing path of the model filled with lightweight structure is planned, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified. In order to take the illumination uniformity and the communication reliability into consideration, taking a 4m * 4m * 3m room as the model, four LED arrays are used as the indoor light source. First of all, through the formula calculation combining with the software simulation analysis obtained that the size of the 9x9 LED array can meet the indoor illumination needs; Secondly, analysis respectively from the distribution of illumination uniformity and reliability of the communication perspective, different layouts are obtained. Finally, in order to take the uniformity of the illumination distribution of VLC system and the reliability of communication into consideration, the system optimization model function f(L,i) is constructed by the standard deviation of the illumination of the indoor receiving plane and the average error rate of the receiving plane in the communication. When the minimum value of f(L,i) is reached, the receiving plane illumination uniformity requirements and communication bit error rate requirements can be guaranteed at the same time. At last, through the simulation the minimum value is obtained when L = 0.55 m and i = 0.01 m. The minimum value of the illumination of the receiving plane is 337.52lx, the maximum is 482.05lx, the uniformity is 76.97%, and the error rate is 2.81*10-7. This scheme realizes the privacy protection of the vehicle and the anonymous authentication of the vehicle and the server by introducing dynamic identity and dynamic key mechanism. At the same time, by constructing a temporary identity index database, the trusted center can track suspicious vehicles after the fact and meet the conditional anonymity requirements of vehicles. In addition, part of the private key of the vehicle in this solution will dynamically change with its temporary identity, which reduces the correlation between the vehicle’s real identity and the private key, and improves security.
