First, the construction situation of smart elderly services, user experiences, and social requirements were concluded based on the collection and review of the related literature. Then, the indexes involved in the intelligent IoT system for the elderly were evaluated. The expert questionnaires were designed and distributed for analysis. Finally, through decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) analysis, a new evaluation index system was established. The research results reflect various aspects that need to be noticed in the construction of elderly living space in the intelligent IoT era and provide insightful references for constant improvement and update of future intelligent IoT systems, thereby making the elderly living space more convenient and comfortable and meeting the needs of society than before.","PeriodicalId":359434,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Architecture, Construction, Environment and Hydraulics (ICACEH)","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116576097","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When it comes to elevation changes, the 3D model helps the viewer quickly and accurately understand the terrain and mapping data. In other words, BIM is likely to facilitate spatial planning and timely display planning results, and reduce the length of time required to ensure compliance with regulations. To this end, we use BIM to assist the spatial planning of the campus. First, the terrain model is established through Infraworks, and the mass building model is established. By integrating the terrain model and the mass building model, the laws and regulations of the building coverage ratio and sunshine time are checked. After that, a BIM model built through Revit is replacing the mass model in Infraworks. Since the BIM model contains information on the building, the floor area ratio of the building and the legal of designing building components can be checked. We applied the above methods to a University in Taiwan for a case study. The results show that BIM views the overall plan more intuitively and facilitates examing the regulations.","PeriodicalId":359434,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Architecture, Construction, Environment and Hydraulics (ICACEH)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134377331","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For freshmen of Chung Hua University, it is also an experimental course. This hilly town is flooded with tourists on weekends but rarely inhabited during the week. Students who participate in the project apply their learned techniques to real situations and learn by doing. New use of pedestrian motion modeling is introduced in regional planning through visual accessibility prediction maps of towns. Studies have shown that the distribution of pedestrian movements is explained by spatial quantities representing the properties of the street network. Preliminary observations have identified three locations with the most activity. In addition, after socketing the pedestrian motion model, it is possible to preview the streets and places where conflicts between road users will occur.","PeriodicalId":359434,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Architecture, Construction, Environment and Hydraulics (ICACEH)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123753324","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main purpose is to explain the new region generated by distribution and regional integration with local scale cases. The approach was post-structuralism’s theoretical views on fragmentation and heterogeneity. The research methods applied to this study include case study, secondary literature review, interview, and field investigation. The period of water conflicts was from 1973 to 2017, and the spatial scope is distributed in the groundwater area. The two local cases are “Ligung well closure and power shutdown” and “Meinong anti deep well”. The research derives the following specific results. First, the goal of regional integration is achieved through the process of reterritorialization, deterritorialization, and reterritorialization, mainly implemented through the method of multiple scales of authority and responsibility. Second, the self-explanatory form of the new region is a special social cohesion that can resist reterritorialization effectively. Third, the market proxies are a major mechanism connecting politics and economy to use currency and contract to carry out the spatial reterriorialization and the power re-consolidation to implement the regional integration. Fourth, those two cases found that water distribution often leads to the possibility of Negotiation, cooperation, and reform after regional integration.","PeriodicalId":359434,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Architecture, Construction, Environment and Hydraulics (ICACEH)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130713047","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To prevent road accidents, detecting abnormal road surfaces is highly useful. In this paper, we propose the deep learning-based cost-effective real-time anomaly detection architecture, naming with non-compression auto-encoder (NCAE). The proposed architecture can reflect forward and backward causality of time-series information via convolutional operation. Moreover, the above architecture shows higher anomaly detection performance of published anomaly detection models via experiments. We conclude that NCAE is a cutting-edge model for road surface anomaly detection with 4.20% higher AUROC and 2.99 times faster decisions than before.","PeriodicalId":359434,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Architecture, Construction, Environment and Hydraulics (ICACEH)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124302775","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
