It provides a scheme where anonymous users on the Internet can collaborate with each other to build a semantic Web site. Contrasting to traditional Wikis, it is not easy for end users to author semantic Wiki pages from scratch without knowledge of the complex RDF/OWL syntax and of ontologies to share semantic information. We propose a new semantic Wiki system called \"KawaWiki\" on which end and expert users can collaborate to build a semantic Web site. KawaWiki generates RDF and Wiki pages based on its RDF templates and validates their consistency with the RDFS description. The RDFS description can be created by importing Web ontologies on the Internet. On the other hand, we incorporate agent-based key distribution into EAP-SIM based AAA protocols for WLAN. Our goal is minimizing the probability of SIP calls blocking resulting from handoff delay. This paper improves the performance of the existing handover in call drop rates so as to reduce the signaling traffic in wireless networks. For real estate construction projects, many problems (such as too many approval links, abundant and complicated examination and approval procedures, long time to wait for approvals, etc.) hinder a high-speed and continuous development of the real estate industry in Shanghai. As a transformation of government service mode, information management and service platform of real estate construction projects in Shanghai reflects an innovation in management and decision mode in Net-era, i.e. to reform the old serial artificial approval mode and change it into one-stop approval system based on network. Firstly, the operational requirements of the informationalization management and service platform for the real estate projects in Shanghai are discussed in the paper. Then, this paper proposes that the platform structure is composed of three hierarchies: the hierarchy of online service, the hierarchy of examination, approval and dispatch, and the hierarchy of the internal operation disposal. The properties of intelligent software agents meet the characteristics of the actors on the trading floor and provide capabilities for efficient distributed computing. Because of the space restriction, the main focus of this paper is on stock broker agent, one of the most important agents in TrAgent. Intelligence is provided to the stock broker agent in order to make reasoning and decisions on the profitability of a firm. This intelligence is provided using fuzzy expert system. Since different members in the supply chain have different preferences on the decision attributes (such as cost, time, quality, safety and environment), a multi-attribute negotiation mechanism is established by constructing the multi-attribute negotiation model, describing the negotiation process, and designing negotiation protocol. Finally, a prototype system is developed and tested on a hypothetical LCP.
