Compared to other traditional ways, the number of studies on AM techniques has increased in a noteworthy manner day by day on account of their promising potential for future works. In this paper, fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology was used to fabricate polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) specimens and to analyze the effect of the test speed on their tensile properties. As for the printing parameters, solely layer thickness values (0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, and 0.4 mm) were altered while the other factors were kept constant. In order to ascertain the production effectiveness, hardness and surface roughness measurements were carried out. Uniaxial tensile tests were performed at three different test speeds: 5 mm/min, 25 mm/min, and 50 mm/min. Furthermore, after deformation inspections were conducted both in macro and micro scales to evaluate the failure better. Sometimes a stone/rock or solid root can cause major damage to the tillage equipments. These rocks and solid roots can cause major impacts on tillage equipment. In order to eliminate or minimize the impact of these forces, shock absorbing equipment is used that provides the connection between the disc harrow and the chassis. The most commonly used material for these shock absorbers is a rubber-based polymer known as vulkollan (polyurethane), which has a wide are of use in industry. Vulkollans are used to absorb the impact and wear out over time because of sun, climate and impacts. Therefore, in this experimental study, steel springs are used since they are much more durable. Bu amaçla, optimizasyon sonucu elde edilen parça geometrisi, sonlu elamanlar analizine tabi tutulmuş ve aynı yükleme koşullarında plastik deformasyon göstermediği gösterilmiştir. Optimize edilmiş geometri, elektron ışınıyla ergitme (EIE) yöntemiyle, Ti6Al4V malzemeden üretilmiş ve parçada meydana gelen boyutsal sapmalar ölçülmüştür. Ölçüm sonuçlarından elde edilen sapmaların, montaj toleransları dahilinde olduğu görülmüştür. Son olarak, üretilen parça statik teste tabi tutulmuş ve numerik sonuçlar ile test sonuçlarının uyumlu olduğu gösterilmiştir. With the ESP32 module, doors that can be controlled remotely and intelligently can be controlled and transmit data instantly. Thermal comfort means that the majority of the workers in the working environment are in a certain comfort while continuing their physical and mental activities in terms of climatic conditions such as temperature, humidity and air flow rate. If the thermal comfort conditions are insufficient in the working environment, distress is felt and discomfort begins, and accordingly, the working capacity and work efficiency of the person decreases. In this article, temperature physiology and occupational health will be evaluated with fuzzy logic in weaving business. Recognition of risks in the work environment is the most important factor in preventing occupational disease, work-related illness and occupational accidents. The air flow velocity Va (m/s) read from the thermal micro air conditioner is a parameter related to how people in an environment perceive the environment in which the components of personal and environmental factors affecting thermal comfort are expressed mathematically, using PMV and PMV value. From primitive times until today, individuals have faced the problem of decision making in various situations. Decision making is the job of choosing between alternatives. In traditional decisions, data related to the decision process are collected and analyzed, and results are evaluated. However, decisions about situations or problems that people encounter in their daily lives often have more than one and often conflicting criteria. Considering this situation, using heuristic methods to reach a decision is insufficient. Versatile decision-making problems come across businesses and / or organizations in all areas of life. Decision makers mostly make decisions when there are more than one factor and criteria with different scalability. Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) can be defined as the decision-making process by using at least two criteria within a set of countably finite or uncountable choices. Especially, it will be convenient for managers at strategic level to operate Multi-Criteria Decision Making processes in order to make the most appropriate decision in complex decision problems. Multi-criteria decision making techniques consist of methods aiming to reach the “best fit” solution by using multiple criteria with different scalability. In this study, a Decision Support System that meets the decision-making needs of the manager by operating two different MCDM processes together is proposed. In this context, AHP (Analytic Hierarcy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) MCDM methods were used together. AHP method was used to determine the weights of selection criteria, and TOPSIS method was used to rank the candidates in the light of determined criteria. Düşük maliyeti ile malzeme ekstrüzyonu en sık kullanılan eklemeli imalat yöntemidir. Bununla birlikte üretim sırasında en çok sorun yaşanan yöntemlerden biridir. 3B yazıcının sahip olduğu donanım, üretim sırasında kullanılan yazılımlar ve üretim parametreleri nedeniyle farklı üretim sorunları ile karşılaşılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada malzeme ekstrüzyonu yöntemini kullanan 3B (3 Boyutlu) yazıcılarda karşılaşılan sorunlar değerlendirilmiştir. Tespit edilen sorunlar malzeme ekstrüzyonu yöntemini kullanan yazıcıların tümü için geçerlidir. Bu tür üretim problemleri düşük maliyetli yazıcılarda daha sık karşılaşılmakla beraber yüksek maliyetli profesyonel yazıcılarda da önemli bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. 3B yazıcılarda üretim sırasında sık karşılaşılan 21 temel üretim sorunu tespit edilmiştir. Bu sorunlar 3B yazıcılarla yapılan üretim sırasında ürünü fonksiyonel olarak kullanılamaz hale getiren veya üretimi engelleyen sorunlardır.
