Involve your child in physical activities around the home such as gardening, washing the car or house cleaning. Walk is the short distances instead of taking the car. Encourage and support walking and cycling to school. Take your child for regular walks around the neighborhood. Every child has a number of potentials, whether physical, biological, cognitive, or emotionally social (Desmita, 2009). Early childhood education should provide various activities that can develop various aspects of development including cognitive, language, social, and emotional aspects for development and socialization in children become a very important part in shaping behavior in children. One form of game that can be used to improve the social and emotional skill of early childhood is the traditional game. Students Behaviors that represent children's emotional growth and their ability to successfully navigate their world through interactions with adults and parents since these skills are develop together, this area of development is referred to as social-emotional development. We analyze the mechanics in these games and compare these mechanics against existing videogames to show what makes traditional games unique. Our student’s analysis has helped us to interpret the playability issues that we can observed in our exploratory studies, and informed the design of a new videogame that rural children found to be more intuitive and engaging.","PeriodicalId":357835,"journal":{"name":"Himalayan Journal of Health Sciences","volume":" 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141670165","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While formulating a dosage form, particles from raw materials will tend to separate from other due to their rheological properties. There could be a condition where fine particles separate from the larger particles causing demixing or uneven distribution of active with its excipients leading to tablet content uniformity issue. To overcome this problem, particle enlargement or particle cohesiveness with or without additional aid is necessary, which could be achieved by granulation. Hence granulation technology is important in the formulation of pharmaceutical oral solid dosage form. Granulation is the process of adhering fine particles agglomerate into a large particle using two most common methods i.e. wet granulation and dry granulation/compaction. Day by day technological innovation is happening in all fields and pharmaceutical granulation process is also not an exemption. The objective of present review is to focus the novel granulation technology and how it is differing from the conventional granulation technology.","PeriodicalId":357835,"journal":{"name":"Himalayan Journal of Health Sciences","volume":" 84","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141128779","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These all comes under the heading of Panchkarma procedure. Amongst them the Basti Karma is one of the important detoxification measures in which drug is transported through the anal route in the form of medicinal oil or herbal concoction. Enemas are frequently administered to clean the lower bowel in modern medicine as a last option for treating constipation when all other treatments have failed. Instead of this, Basti Karma, which is mentioned in classical Ayurvedic texts, has a wider therapeutic effect on almost all body tissues and has curative, preventive, health-promoting and rejuvenative effects. There are different types of Basti Karma proposed by Ayurveda philosopher which utilizes for various therapeutic purposes. A comparative study between Q-Absorption ratio technique and Simultaneous Equation Method has been established for effective implication of the developed method. Numerous trials were performed as a part of solvent selection, both the drugs under study Fluconazole (FLN) and Ivermectin (IVR) have shown good solubility in methanol (Spectroscopic Grade). The absorption maxima (λmax) were found to be 261nm for FLU and 245nm for IVR respectively. Both the drugs were showing same extinction coefficient (Isosbestic point) at 261nm. A comparative study is proposed to be established for simultaneous equation and Q-absorption ratio method. Between the concentration and absorbance, calibration curves revealed a linear relationship. The regression line equation was established and identified r2 for Fluconazole and Ivermectin is 0.999 and 0.999. Fluconazole and Ivermectin were assessed by the validated method when each of the drug individually subjected to various stress conditions like concentrated acidic, basic, peroxide, excessive light and thermal. For estimation, the suggested approach was used for drug content in locally available marketed formulations which has proven successful for routine analysis of the same with the application of vierotd’s as well as Q-absorption method.","PeriodicalId":357835,"journal":{"name":"Himalayan Journal of Health Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130240544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Undefined medication concentration in plasma is a typical and obvious issue with the traditional dose method. Thus to overcome such problems efforts have been made by researchers and pharmaceutical scientists to the betterment of the drug delivery system and that lead to the development of the Novel Drug Delivery System (NDDS). NDDS is the approach and technology to deliver the drug in low concentration and follow the zero-order release of the drug in a controlled manner. Additionally, the NDDS's development results in the creation of an implantable drug delivery system (IDDS). a system for implantable medication delivery is a new approach of medicine delivery In this technique, the medicine is delivered under controlled conditions to the precise location where the implant is placed. The formulation, preparation, evaluation criteria, and future aspects of the implantable drug delivery system are the subjects of this study.","PeriodicalId":357835,"journal":{"name":"Himalayan Journal of Health Sciences","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135553460","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
