With the great development of tourism industry in China, the condition of the industry and the tourism market is changing rapidly. Under this circumstance, college education is facing new challenges. Tourism English is one of the compulsory courses for students who major in tourism management and some other related majors. Tourism English teaching needs to be reformed so as to meet the needs of the new age. This paper mainly analyzes the current condition of tourism English teaching from different aspects and points out the major problems. If the communicative essence of english were applied more efficienctly, it will bring more vitality to English course. To help students improve their communicative competence in workplace, group public speaking activities in class combined with writing practice and teachers’ guidance can play an effective role. This research is based on the seven elements of communication and the application of communicative teaching method in classroom English teaching and proposes ways to improve students’ English communicative competence in workplace. The specific teaching methods include the creating of workplace scenes in classroom, students’ group discussion and speech preparation before class, communication skills guidance and feedback given by teachers, and the assement of students’ communicative competence. Teachers need to attach great importance to workplace communicative competence of students. In order to reduce the risk of partner opportunistic behavior, many companies choose to establish long-term cooperative relationships. In recent years, many studies have found that the risk of opportunistic behavior in long-term cooperation is higher. This paper reviews privious reaearch on the relationship between cooperative experience and opportunistic behavior. Based on the theory of social exchange theory, the experience of cooperation increases mutual trust among members of the alliance, forming conventions and relationship norms, and which inhibiting opportunistic behavior. However, based on the theory of transaction cost theory, the experience of cooperation leads to a decrease in supervision in the alliance, which creates a convenient condition for the partner's opportunistic behavior and may lead to an increase in opportunistic behavior in the alliance. Based on the perspective of society and individuals, a study on the neural mechanism of social emotions will not only help human beings to understand the neural mechanism of social emotions, the relationship between social emotions and brain activities, and the neurophysiology of social emotions, but also help to find new ways to ease social emotions. Pe̍h-oē-jī (Romanized colloquial), which uses Roman letters to spell Minnan colloquial dialect, is an important language vehicle for religious communication and church education in Taiwan Christian churches. Romanized colloquial is simple and easy to learn, which is conducive to the promotion of cultural level of ordinary people.
