In order to improve the performance of the solar photovoltaic power generation system, a solar photovoltaic fuel cell combined power generation system has been developed. However, there are some problems in the process of traditional combined generation system optimal scheduling, such as high investment cost and total cost, and short generation time of optimal scheduling scheme. This paper takes solving the problems of traditional system optimal scheduling as the research goal, a new optimization scheduling method of solar photovoltaic and fuel cell combined power generation system was designed. The composition and topological structure of the solar photovoltaic fuel cell combined power generation system are analyzed. The system is composed of photovoltaic array, fuel cell, electrolytic cell, short-term energy storage unit and energy control unit. It can mainly convert sunlight radiation into electric energy, and convert it into DC or AC used by people through multiple links, so as to ensure the stability and security of power supply in our country. A scheduling model is established according to the photovoltaic cell power generation model, the fuel cell power generation model, the electrolytic hydrogen production model, the battery model, the power conversion model and the combined power generation system model. And the multi-objective cuckoo algorithm is used to solve the model, the optimization scheduling results of solar photovoltaic fuel cell combined power generation system are obtained. The experimental results show that the total investment cost of this method is reduced by 123678.4 yuan and 175858.7 yuan compared with the experimental comparison method, and the total cost is reduced by 301195.5 yuan and 414991.8 yuan compared with the experimental comparison method. It shows that compared with the experimental comparison method, the total investment cost and total cost of this method are lower, and the generation time of the optimal scheduling scheme is between 0.19s and 0.25s, and the practical application effect is good. This paper mainly explores the pollution reduction effect of finance in the process of increasing the status of the national economic system, and verifies the indirect role of innovation-driven development in the relationship between economic financialization and pollution reduction. The results show that economic financialization has a significant direct impact on the emission reduction of industrial wastewater and sulfur dioxide, especially in cities with a high degree of financialization. Subsequently, the sample data transformation and the robustness test of green credit policy further support the above conclusions. At the same time, urban innovation capacity has a partial indirect effect on the pollution reduction of economic financialization, while robot use only has an indirect effect on the sulfur dioxide reduction of economic financialization. Sustainability in terms of environmental and human well-being can be attained by applying ecological livability. Agriculture, rural areas, and farmers are crucial for developing countries and their populations. Literature on rural innovation is becoming more neglected as the need for rural regeneration develops. This paper suggests structural equation modeling based on sustainable rural development (SEM-SRD) to build an SRD index system with a universal value based on the interplay between ecological livability and SRD. There are two aspects to sustainable rural development (SRD): ecological sustainability and living sustainability in rural areas. Any country can use a comprehensive quantitative tool to assess its SRD status using the SRD index method. When it comes to environmental sustainability and garbage disposal, the former is green, and the latter is social. With the SRD index method, any nation can utilize a comprehensive quantitative tool to evaluate its SRD status. New perspectives for achieving rural revitalization, antipoverty, and global sustainable development can be gained through the rural innovation system suggested in this paper, which directly adds to the literature in this field. Research shows that agricultural eco-efficiency is substantially greater than rural economic growth, which has a considerable impact on overall rural development, as shown by the findings. For a long time, there has been a huge disparity in the economic growth of different regions of the country. The efficiency of rural development continues to increase with time. The experimental result of the suggested method enhances the inadequate management of RES development, rural development ratio, stability ratio, productivity ratio, and loss of growth in the rural area. Based on previous studies, this paper studied the biodegradability of thermoplastic cyanoethylated waste paper (CWP) by microbial experiment, and preliminarily explored the degradation mechanism. The results showed that: (1) the biodegradability of CWP was better than that of waste paper, and the higher the degree of modification, the better the biodegradability of CWP; under the action of Trichoderma reesei, the degradation rate of CWP containing 20.79% nitrogen was about 24% after 144 h (hours) of degradation; (2) The degradation rate of CWP was about 45% after 144 hours degradation by microbial complex bacteria, which was mainly due to the synergistic effect of cellulose degrading enzymes secreted by microbial degrading bacteria, which greatly improved the degradation rate of CWP. (3) The improvement of biodegradability of CWP was mainly due to the change of the morphology of the fibers by cyanoethylation reaction, which increased the contact surface and destroyed the crystal structure of the waste paper fibers. The increase of the amorphous region and the distance between the crystal planes was more conducive to the cellulase entering into the CWP, thus improving the degradation rate. While humanity aims to spread the comfort and welfare it has achieved on a global scale, as well as to achieve more development and comfort through technological advances, it is caught in a stalemate caused by the world’s use of resources as if they are limitless, as well as irrevocable environmental damage. The major topic of this dilemma is energy. Using ARAT, CRITIC, SOWIA, CRADIS, and CODAS-Sort, this study aims to evaluate countries on the basis of energy, environment, and sustainability triangle. The results reveal that developed countries are in a better situation than developing and underdeveloped countries in terms of sustainable energy and environmental concerns. The Nordic countries notably lead the rankings and classification results. The primary reason for this is that Nordic countries have strong climate and energy policies. Given the limitations of fossil fuels, the fact that they’ll be exhausted in a few decades, and the environmental damage they cause, the development and effective use of renewable energy sources is considered a critical solution option. Because it appears that humanity will struggle to give up its existing level of comfort or lower its energy use. The importance of energy efficiency, diversification of renewable energy sources, raising societal awareness, unity in global sustainable environmental policies, aiding societies that are falling behind in achieving welfare and fighting poverty and focusing on energy savings emerge at this point. Around one-tenth of the global population remained without access to electricity in 2019. Bangladesh has shown substantial progress in electricity access. This paper aims at reviewing the association between electricity access and employment in the core three sectors: agriculture, industry, and service. The study finds that rural access to electricity is steeper in progress than that of urban areas; and overall access to electricity is increasing, while the urban-rural disparity in energy access is decreasing over time. The proportion of female employment in agriculture has reduced by one third during 1991–2018. Agricultural employment, in general, decreases with an increase in electricity access, which is counterintuitive. Traditional machine learning methods are unable to acquire and rectify nonlinear characteristics from solar dataset, which not only complicates model construction but also affect prediction accuracy. To address these issues, a deep learning based architecture with predictive analysis strategy is developed in this manuscript. In the first stage, the original solar irradiation sequences are divided into many intrinsic mode functions to generate a prospective feature set using a sophisticated signal decomposition technique. After that, an iteration method is used to generate a prospective range of frequency related to deep learning model. This method is created by linked algorithm using the GA and deep learning network. The findings by the proposed model employing sequences obtained by the preprocessing methodology considerable improve prediction accuracy as comparison to conventional models. In contrast, when confronted with a high resolution dataset derived from big data set, the chosen dataset may not only conduct a huge data reduction, but also enhances forecasting accuracy up to 22.74 percent over a variety of evaluation metrics. Aiming at the severely polluted rivers, this paper proposes to use bamboo materials with extensive raw materials, cheap processing, green and pollution-free materials to make biofilm reactor fillers, and conduct laboratory-scale research on them. The results show that, compared with the suspended filler, the bamboo filler has a faster filming speed and a rich microbial population structure on the film, which is beneficial to the removal of pollutants in the water. In addition, the bamboo filler has a degradable carbon source, which helps to further improve the reactor. The denitrification efficiency. The experimental results indicate that the DQN-based control strategy proposed in this paper reduces both the energy consumption and exhaust emissions of parallel hybrid vehicles. Compared with the traditional fuzzy control strategy, fuel consumption is reduced by 0.43L while the fuel economy increases by 10.9%. and exhaust gas such as CO44, CO, NOxx the emission were reduced by 28.9%, 0.2%, and 7.4%, respectively.
