L’utilisation directe par l’industrie et la filiere petroliere est reelle depuis de nombreuses annees. Le developpement de nouvelles filieres, comme celle de la «geothermie profonde» utilisant le CO2sans transformation, pourrait permettre d’augmenter significativement les quantites de CO2 valorise dans le futur.
