Due to the wide variety of series compensation protection, it is laborious to test it. This article describes an automatic test system consisting of a controller and several protection testers. The controller can communicate with the series compensation protection device and send instructions to the protection tester at the same time, which can realize the simultaneous detection of multiple series compensation protection and automatically generate test results. The application in actual engineering proves that this system can greatly improve the test efficiency of series compensation protection.","PeriodicalId":356667,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130076881","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When the subway starts, the flywheel decelerates to release the energy; when the subway brakes, the flywheel accelerates to absorb the energy, thus stabilizing the DC bus voltage and alleviating the voltage fluctuation of the traction network. The charge and discharge strategy of single flywheel and the control strategy of multiple flywheels running side by side are studied, and the double closed loop control strategy of single flywheel and three control strategies of multiple flywheels running side by side are put forward, which are equal power, equal-torque and equal-time-length discharge control strategy. The simulation results show that the flywheel energy storage device can achieve the desired effect, and the optimal control strategy for the parallel operation of several flywheels is obtained.","PeriodicalId":356667,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130229673","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method first splits the entire network into a number of small sub-networks, and then transforms them into a local CVPFs. Local CVPF is then used to train the convolutional neural networks separately, and finally a multi-agent cluster is formed for comprehensive consultation. First, the retrieval and generation of the radial network was accomplished by defining nodes and branches at all levels. Then, using the fluctuation of the power flow on the branch as an indicator, the multi-agent diagnosis startup strategy was designed. The case study highlighted the problem of false starts of agents in a small observation range, and verified the feasibility of using multi-agent clusters to perceive local CVPF to achieve a comprehensive diagnosis within the jurisdiction and across the jurisdiction. In this process, the precision was used to evaluate the agent's online cross-jurisdiction diagnosis.","PeriodicalId":356667,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130435634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aiming at the problems of abnormal and missing historical data of collected photovoltaic power generation data, this paper takes the light intensity curve and the power curve of adjacent photovoltaic power plants as input references, and proposes a neural network for identifying and reconstructing abnormal photovoltaic power generation data based on geographical location Network model. After analyzing the correlation of each reference quantity, pre-process and normalize the selected light intensity data and neighboring power station data respectively. For missing data, use nnz function to identify. For singular data, a curve similarity function is constructed, and the function values are clustered to be identified by contour coefficients. The sample data point set of [0.5,1] is used as the training set. [-1, -0.5] is the singular point abnormal photovoltaic output curve, plus missing samples, the two constitute the sample data set to be repaired. Finally, the identified abnormal data is repaired by BP neural network. Experimental results show that the method is simple and effective, and the effect is relatively good.","PeriodicalId":356667,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131302697","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper presents a set of optimal planning and operation methods for rural integrated energy system (IES). Firstly, the devices contain in the rural IES and typical utilization modes are classified, considering the geographic characteristics and development level. Subsequently, a multilevel energy hub is proposed that takes energy from production to transmission, aiming to solve energy coupling inside rural IES. Based on this, the multi-objective bilevel optimization model is designed considering both planning and operation, in which particle swarm optimization (PSO) and mixed integer linear programming are jointly used as solving method. Finally, taking three typical scenarios in the differentiated development of China rural energy as example, the validity and practicability of proposed model are verified.","PeriodicalId":356667,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129020273","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To address this issue, an energy measurement feature extraction strategy based on association rule mining is proposed in this paper: Using support and confidence to evaluate the relevance between features, so as to find the suspected association in energy measurement features, and then eliminate redundant feature by nonlinear fitting and multiple correlation coefficient.
