Considering this situation, analyzing impact brought by PV generation is of great significance. This paper analyzes multiple indicators of the distributed power system state considering the fluctuation of the PV generation's output. The mechanism of the multiple impact of PV generation on fundamental voltage and harmonic distortion is analyzed first. Then the power system state analyzing structure considering the fluctuation of output of PV generation is proposed. At last the analyzing process is conducted on the revised IEEE 33 bus system in different scenarios. In this paper, a multi-objective optimization method for power communication network routing considering the importance of the carried businesses is proposed to reduce load imbalance and transmission risk. Firstly, information entropy is introduced as the objective of communication network load balancing optimization. And a risk assessment model for power communication network nodes and links is established. Then fuzzy membership functions are adopted to singularize the two objectives to jointly optimize path congestion and communication risks. The device nodes are dynamically divided according to the carried businesses to pursue the global optimization of the power communication network in which the Yen's algorithm is adopted. In addition to taking on some of the transmission functions, it is also gradually taking on the power distribution and power supply functions. As the load continues to grow, its operational complexity increases. The power supply capacity and power supply stability of 220kV subdivision power grid have important influence on urban development. The existing 220kV partitioned power grid has the risks of unbalanced power supply capacity, insufficient mutual supply capacity and low reliability. This paper studies the interconnection problem of applying flexible DC to 220kV partitioned power grid. According to the actual situation of the power grid, the paper studies the improvement of the operation performance of the subdivision power grid with different input positions of flexible DC converter stations. Firstly, the mathematical model of the power supply capacity is established. Next, according to the model, the feeder and receiver are determined, and the capacity of the flexible DC system is determined. In addition, the selection method of flexible DC landing point is put forward considering different factors. Finally, it is verified on PSD-BP A. This paper studies the prediction of the power consumption in the energy internet based on the linear regression and random forest algorithms. Based on the predicted power consumption and the emission factors, the emission of the major air pollutants, i.e., PM, NOx and SO2, in the cement industry are predicted. Simulation results show that these two predicted algorithms can achieve the accuracy performance as much as 89.4% and 97.6%, respectively. According to effect of clustering, features filtered by Mann-Whitney U test show good classification performance. To solve the problem of low accuracy of photovoltaic power output prediction, this paper proposes a short-term power prediction method of photovoltaic power generation based on principal component analysis (PCA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) neural network. Firstly, PCA is used to screen the original data to reduce the dimension and complexity of the data. Then, PSO is used to optimize the weights and thresholds of neural network, which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional BP neural network, such as long training time and easy to fall into local extreme points. The number of hidden layer nodes of neural network is determined by trichotomy, and the PSO-optimized neural network photovoltaic power generation output prediction model based on PCA is constructed. Finally, the actual photovoltaic power generation data and meteorological data are used for example analysis. The prediction error of the proposed model is reduced by 23.82%. The results show that compared with the previous model, the proposed model has more accurate photovoltaic output prediction under different weather types. This paper presents a method of multi-DC reactive voltage optimization based on reinforcement learning. In the interaction between the action strategy and the multi-dc state, the Q-value function corresponding to each state-action is obtained, and the optimal reactive voltage control strategy is formed under various operating states of multi-DC. At the same time, because the Q-value function based on this method contains the global response information of the power grid, it can realize the unified coordination of reactive voltage between DC and DC, converter station filter and DC near region conventional units, and give the global optimal control strategy within the power grid. The effect of multi-DC reactive voltage optimization control is improved. The Matlab/Simulink simulation platform is used to simulate the designed control structure. The simulation results show that the designed multi-motor synchronous control system has fast adjustment time, small overshoot and strong anti-disturbance. It is very important to clean the contaminated insulator to avoid pollution flashover accident. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional cleaning methods, a novel method of 1064 nm pulse laser cleaning insulator contamination is proposed in this paper. The finite element simulation model of laser cleaning insulator contamination is established and the numerical simulation calculation is carried out. The distribution characteristics of temperature field in the process of laser cleaning are obtained by simulation. The results show that the temperature in the center of the laser spot is the highest. When the laser power is 50 W, the maximum temperature of the contamination layer reaches to 411 K. The temperature gradually decreases along the radial direction, and decreases to 312 K at the edge of the spot. The temperature decreases rapidly in the depth direction.
