There was an increase in the prevalence of anemia from 2013 to 2018 among the 15-24 year age group, from 18.4% to 32% or 14.7 million people. Anemia or low Hb levels caused by a lack of nutrients is characterized by a disturbance in hemoglobin synthesis due to a lack of nutrients that play a role in the formation of hemoglobin either due to lack of iron consumption or impaired absorption. The data on the children's health report from the Sumedang Health Office shows that adolescent women in Conggeang Junior High School are the second largest out of 29 sub-districts in the Sumedang area who are at risk of anemia, which is 58 people. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and understanding of students of Conggeang 1 Junior High School about anemia so that it can prevent anemia and, ultimately, the growth and development of children. The method used is to provide health education about anemia, iron-containing nutrition, and about blood-added tablets. One way to increase knowledge among the Indonesian people with a large population is through empowering health cadres as agents of change, but the dynamics show that health cadres are still unfamiliar with various health promotion media, and Snakes and Ladders media is an effective medium for increasing children's knowledge; therefore empowerment is needed to health cadres. Initiating the empowerment of health cadres to carry out health promotion using snakes and ladders media is a method that can be used because health cadres are the closest part of the community, so that they can reach the community, and games are the suitable media for children. The result of this service is an increase in the knowledge and ability of cadres about health promotion with Snakes and Ladders media. Health cadres are formed who can carry out health promotion using Snakes and Ladders media. There is an increase in children's knowledge and abilities about how to wash their hands with soap. The community carries out preventive efforts by providing stocks of their medicines at home. The culture of storing medicines in the household requires proper drug management to prevent drug damage due to improper storage, drug use errors, and environmental pollution due to errors in handling damaged or expired drugs. The pharmacist's role is vital in providing drug management education to the community. Another preventive effort undertaken by the community is to maintain a healthy body by applying a diet where fast food currently contains a lot of Food Additives (BTP), which can threaten long-term public health. For this reason, people need to get an education directly, so they are wise in using BTP. The solution is to educate the public regarding managing household medicines and healthy food for parents and guardians of RA Al Manshur Play Group (KB) students in Bojonegoro. Activities are packaged in counseling methods and training/practice activities. The expected outcome of the activity is an increase in the understanding of guardian parents, as indicated by an average post-test score of >65 with an increase in score of >10% compared to the pretest. This Community Service Program focuses on digital media literacy for Gen-Z in Malang City. We conducted this program using a participatory method at MAN 1 Malang City with several approaches: a digital media literacy seminar for Gen-Z and an interactive discussion on the use of digital media with Gen-Z. The results of this community service program provide awareness on the use of digital media for Gen-Z students in MAN 1 Malang, regarding: The principles of communication in the use of social media, the Consequences of using digital media on personal data and social interactions, and Production of educational content through digital media. The interactive discussion process shows an imbalance between knowledge and practice of using social media, such as Gen-Z has not yet understood the bad consequences of using social media. However, it has become a user of social media. Another thing, Gen-Z has understood the age limit of social media use, but they are fighting it on the grounds of seeking information and entertainment. One of the reasons for the high MMR is the mother's inability to make decisions if there are problems during pregnancy. Providing knowledge to pregnant women and their families through pregnant women classes as an early detection effort to reduce MMR. Efforts for early detection are neuromusculoskeletal disorders of pregnant women. The purpose of this community service activity is to carry out early detection and increase the knowledge and skills of pregnant women about neuromusculoskeletal disorders in pregnant women. The method is carried out by conducting examinations for pregnant women, health education, and practical demonstrations on how to deal with neuromusculoskeletal disorders in pregnant women. The target of this activity is pregnant women who are in the working area of the Tirto Health Center, with as many as 51 pregnant women. The results of this community service activity are being able to carry out early detection of pregnant women by conducting health checks and increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about neuromusculoskeletal disorders with an average rating score of 23.06%. Pregnant women can practice how to deal with neuromusculoskeletal disorders in pregnant women. Banjar Tegeh Sari has several activity units directly and indirectly related to waste management, such as waste bank groups, empowered gardens (including bio pore and infiltration wells), and cooperatives. The main problem in waste management at Banjar Tegeh Sari is the need for digitalization and integrated management between the five waste bank groups in Banjar Tegeh Sari and the Manik Galih Cooperative. The aim of integrating and digitizing waste banks is to combine the five groups of waste banks so that recording the amount of non-organic waste becomes more valid and practical while recording the nominal amount of waste in cooperatives. The solution provided is a conceptual model for designing and digitizing waste banks in an integrated manner with cooperatives which will later be called the Tegeh Sari Integrated Waste Management System (SiMaSaDu Tegeh Sari). The methods used are Providing education, knowledge, and understanding that forms awareness of the dangers of landslides and how to prevent them with cheap, easy, and environmentally friendly methods; providing training by assisting in making retaining walls (slope reinforcement) using natural resources around residential areas, namely bamboo stems and Kaliandra plant cuttings. The result of this PkM activity is the emergence of an awareness of the Indigenous Village community about the need for landslide disaster mitigation by strengthening landslide-prone slopes with materials around the dwelling. The conclusion of the PkM is the emergence of community awareness in mitigating landslide disasters through the skills to make slope reinforcement based on nature that is cheap, easy, and has ecological value. This service activity also urges the community to preserve bamboo plants by revegetation. Nutritional status has a vital role in the growth and development of children and is also closely related to intelligence. Soil-Transmitted Helminths (STH) infestation is a chronic disease that impacts nutritional disorders. One of the community groups that need to be considered in nutritional problems and their relation to intestinal worms is an orphanage. This activity aims to increase community empowerment through education about nutrition and its disorders, STH infestation, and its impact on growth and development. In addition, the nutritional status of the children living in the orphanage will be checked. This activity found that most of the orphanage residents had a low level of knowledge about nutritional disorders and worm infestations, 48.84%.
