This is accomplished using survey data collected from farm owners in Pakistan’s Swat district. For analysis, multiple linear and tobit regressions are utilized. The study finds that the farm owners' experience, the number of lactating buffaloes, pesticide-induced milk losses, disease-induced health costs, and milk losses due to consumption of toxic plants and wastewater significantly affect profits. Specifically, an increase in farm experience by one year leads to a monthly increase in farm profit by Rs. 820.04. Likewise, adding an additional buffalo increases monthly profit by Rs. 535.04. Finally, the monthly loss in milk productivity due to pesticides stands at Rs. 9.71. Farm owners can greatly benefit by improving animal feed along with the know-how of the consequences of grazing animals on pesticide-affected fields.","PeriodicalId":35504,"journal":{"name":"Global Business and Economics Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83069669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the current research is to look at the influence of glass ceiling beliefs (Denial, Resilience, Resignation, and Acceptance) on the job performance of female employees in Khyber-education Pakhtunkhwa's department in Peshawar. Through a convenient sample approach, an adapted questionnaire was sent to 275 female employees at the directorate of education offices through email and personal contacts; the acquired data was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The study's findings indicated that the first and second hypotheses, according to which denial, resilience, and work performance are positively and substantially related, are accepted. However, the resignation and acceptance were found to be negligible, indicating a negative relationship between these variables and female employee work performance, leading to the rejection of the study's third and fourth hypotheses.","PeriodicalId":35504,"journal":{"name":"Global Business and Economics Review","volume":"82 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91104584","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This was a quantitative study and data was collected from 230 management students in Pakistan, 68% of whom were female and 33% of whom were male, and it was broken down using SPSS and AMOS using a questionnaire containing 23 items on a 5-point Likert scale. The study mainly claimed that perceived behavioural control, cultural norms, and entrepreneurial education all have a favourable impact on entrepreneurial intention. This research can assist students who have start-up ideas but lack the necessary funding and it may push students with motivation. However, it only provides a snapshot of university students in a single country at the time and the author did not highlight the study's qualitative component, which would have boosted the efficiency of mediators or moderators. This document gave the perspective to business owners of Pakistan that they might start new associations with business angels' help.","PeriodicalId":35504,"journal":{"name":"Global Business and Economics Review","volume":"23 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80081644","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The large asset base of the Egyptian financial sector can be better understood by reading this research.Principal component analysis was used to identify the key micro-factors that contributed to the increasing size of the pension fund. Later, the R2-change was examined as part of a hierarchical regression technique to examine the relative importance of each variable in the model. The examination of the data shows that all of the identified parameters, with the exception of fund restrictions in the final model, have a strong positive and substantial link with the growth of pension funds. Capital Market Board and Finance Ministry could benefit practically from the paper's methodology when making decisions about pension fund management and the fundamental factors underlying it. The study's micro-factors are drawn from a literature review of previous studies conducted in a variety of economies. This opens up the possibility of using the research as a basis for a comparative examination of pension fund growth across economies.","PeriodicalId":35504,"journal":{"name":"Global Business and Economics Review","volume":"150 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75765405","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
