IoT plays a crucial role in early flood detection, functioning like smart alarms where connected sensors in flood-prone areas provide rapid warnings as water levels rise. In terms of natural disaster mitigation, IoT acts as an intelligent assistant, aiding in planning measures to reduce risks and losses. With real-time data provided by IoT sensors, authorities can respond more promptly, guide evacuations, and assist communities in facing disasters more effectively. However, challenges arise due to limited response time and early detection processes. Responsive and efficient systems are key to addressing these challenges. In the effort to enhance responsiveness to flood threats, the use of optimal network protocols, namely Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) and Hyper Text Transport Protocol (HTTP), is crucial in IoT systems. Therefore, a comparison of these network protocols becomes necessary. Results indicate that the MQTT protocol is more suitable for responsive and efficient flood notification data transmission due to its low delay value of 185.749403 ms, while the highest delay is observed in the HTTP protocol at 361.800781 ms. Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive that occurs early in life, usually in children aged 0-5 years. To overcome this problem, the government and related parties have carried out various efforts and intervention programs, one of which is determining priority areas for handling stunting by clustering. In this research, we will cluster stunting areas based on provinces in Indonesia by referring to several parameters, namely the percentage of immunization, proportion of stunting, coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, coverage of vitamins and blood supplement tablets, as well as access to proper sanitation and drinking water. This research will compare clusters formed using Hierarchical Clustering and K Means. The results of the comparison between the K-Means and Hierarchical Clustering methods show that K-Means produces better cluster grouping in terms of the Silhouette Coefficient value of 0.48 and the Calinski-Harabasz index of 10.49 with the number of clusters formed being 2 clusters. In the Hierarchical Clustering Algorithm, the resulting Silhouette Coefficient value is 0.47 and the Calinski-Harabasz index is 9.54. Based on a report from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the number of floods equalled 43.1% of the total national disaster events of around 1,524. One of the areas that was repeatedly affected by flooding from 2022 to 2023 was South Sumatra 99 times. To overcome this problem, machine learning technology can be used as a detection and early warning tool against flooding, one of which is the SVM algorithm. In this study, the performance of various SVM kernels was assessed, and the kernel with the best performance was selected for use in the flood detection system. This research categorizes the flood status with three classification labels: \"safe,\" \"alert,\" and \"danger.\" Various SVM algorithms such as linear, polynomial, RBF, and sigmoid are implemented using public datasets to build a flood status prediction model. Then it will be tested with a flood detection device consisting of an Arduino Uno, NodeMCU, and various sensors such as ultrasonic, water discharge, rainfall, and temperature and humidity sensors. Evaluation measures accuracy, precision, recall, F1-Score, ROC curve, and Cross-Validation. The evaluation results showed that the SVM model with a polynomial kernel was selected as the optimal detection model compared to other kernels. This model achieved a training and testing accuracy of 1.0, a training time of only 0.0012 seconds, a prediction time of 0.0002 seconds, and precision, recall, and F1-score of 1.0. In addition, cross-validation also reached 1.0 in classifying flood data. Testing on the tool used 131 test data with an accuracy of 1.0. Based on research that has been conducted, researchers still find problems, namely the processing and reporting of inpatient mortality data at X Hospital is not fully computerized. So that it becomes inconsistent in inputting and collecting data, this causes delays in reporting mortality data. Therefore, researchers designed an inpatient mortality reporting information system. The research method used is Descriptive Qualitative, with data collection techniques: literature study, field study and interviews with the Head of Medical Records and medical record data processing staff at X Hospital. Using the software development method, namely the Agile Software Development Method which starts from the requirement-design-development-testing-deployment stage and applies security features equipped with a username and password so that it can only be accessed by officers. Bank Indonesia is trying to overcome this problem with the \"Love Proudly Understand the Rupiah\" campaign, but it will be difficult to reach the entire community with this education alone. Therefore, a system was developed \"Classification of Rupiah Currency Unfit for Circulation using Website-based CNN time which has high accuracy for image classification, producing an accurate model with a short training time. Using a dataset of 14 classes of 2016 emission Rupiah currency, including 7 eligible and non-eligible denominations. As happened in Indonesia in 2022, there are 324 confirmed cases and 195 deaths. What affects the patient's cognitive delay is a lack of understanding about the dangers of kidney failure. Kidney failure can be caused by dehydration, chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, and anemia due to injury or surgery. The use of technology can be achieved through the creation of an expert system that uses the Dempster-Shafer method to diagnose kidney failure. In this expert system for early diagnosis of kidney failure, users are invited to briefly enter their personal data and the symptoms they experience. The system then combines the selected symptoms using the Dempster-Shafer method using expert belief theory to obtain a diagnosis in the form of a percentage of users with acute or chronic kidney failure and solve a solution for the user's next action. So there are many problems such as the use of a lot of paper resources and the possibility of missing the paper. Therefore, a system is needed that can make it easier for users to record information about properties in the server room quickly and can be accessed anywhere and provide notifications about the state of the server room. This research resulted in an information system for properties in the server room and also a system for delivering information about the temperature and humidity of the server room and many more that users can do such as creating data, changing, deleting, printing, or viewing visualizations from the server room in three dimensions. All these interfaces and functions will be built using Nuxt JS, a framework that can connect the frontend and backend easily. The application will be designed using the waterfall method because it develops an information system systematically and sequentially consisting of several stages from needs analysis, design, and implementation to testing. Posyandu is also the first place that people at the village or sub-district level can visit to get basic health services, especially for pregnant women and toddlers. One important part of implementing posyandu is recording. Data recording has an important role in health monitoring, making reports and evaluations as well as documenting the health of the people who are examined and served at the posyandu so it needs to be done effectively, accurately and also have safe data storage media. The Posyandu application in this research was developed by utilizing Waterfall system development which begins with the system analysis stage of input, process, output, software and hardware. Second, design the system. Third, the implementation system uses the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter Framework, Bootstrap Framework, and uses a MySQL database. Next we enter the system testing and maintenance phase. The application is equipped with features: managing system user data, managing toddler identity and examination data, toddler development charts, managing identity data and examinations for pregnant women, notifications as reminders for toddler immunization schedules and reminder notifications for health examination schedules during pregnancy for pregnant women sent via application. To support the alignment of the application of information systems with the needs of the hospital, a paradigm called enterprise architecture is needed. This study aims to analyze the planning of enterprise architecture using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) framework with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method at PKU Muhammadiyah Mayong Hospital. TOGAF is a generic architectural framework designed to be used in various types and sizes of organizations. ADM is a method that contains a set of activities used in modeling the development of enterprise architecture. This research is expected to be useful for PKU Muhammadiyah Mayong Hospital to integrate business processes with information technology. At each stage of ADM what is done is the process of identifying problems, analyzing problems and solutions to these problems. In this study the stages used only up to the information system architecture. So a system is needed that can assist officers in presenting timely and detailed reporting information. The research used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews and a literature study. The design of this reporting system uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method through Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 with a database using Microsoft Access.
