As happened in Indonesia in 2022, there are 324 confirmed cases and 195 deaths. What affects the patient's cognitive delay is a lack of understanding about the dangers of kidney failure. Kidney failure can be caused by dehydration, chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, and anemia due to injury or surgery. The use of technology can be achieved through the creation of an expert system that uses the Dempster-Shafer method to diagnose kidney failure. In this expert system for early diagnosis of kidney failure, users are invited to briefly enter their personal data and the symptoms they experience. The system then combines the selected symptoms using the Dempster-Shafer method using expert belief theory to obtain a diagnosis in the form of a percentage of users with acute or chronic kidney failure and solve a solution for the user's next action.
