Both primary and secondary source of data and information were used for the study and questionnaire was used to extract information from the purposively selected respondents. The population for this study is one hundred and seventy three (173) administrative staff of Benue State University selected at random. The statistical tools employed was the classical ordinary least square (OLS) and the probability value of the estimates was used to tests hypotheses of the study. The result of the study indicates that a positive relationship exist between Competitive quasi marketing in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (CQM) and Transparency in the service delivery (TRSP) and the relationship is statistically significant (p<0.05). Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) has a negative effect on Observe Competence in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (OBCP) and the relationship is not statistically significant (p>0.05). Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) has a positive effect on Innovation in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (INVO) and the relationship is statistically significant (p<0.05) and in line with a priori expectation. This means that a unit increases in Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) will result to a corresponding increase in innovation in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (INVO) by a margin of 22.5%. It was concluded that government monopoly in the provision of certain types of services has greatly affected the quality of service experience in the institution. The purpose of present study is to examine the suitability of the variables characteristic of consumers’ purchasing decisions specific to environmental awareness. The criteria of consumers’ knowledge and attitude and energy efficient products were explicitly studied. Data was collected from 400 respondents from the southern region of Iran by administering a survey questionnaire. The statistical analysis done through the Chi-square testing. The results showed that the overall environmental awareness had a significant impact on consumers’ buying decisions endorsing the utility and applicability of green concerns to marketers and retailers to incorporate the same in marketing mix. Since the turn of the century, the status of women in India has been changing due to growing industrialization, globalization, and social legislation. Last ten years of Indian economy make it evident that the structure of ownership in different sectors has changed. Many women entered the world of business, of trade commerce and they have become successful entrepreneurs in various business activities. This growth rate of women’s participation in economic activities is much lower than the expected rate. Because in India, there are still many social and cultural restrictions on women.Women entrepreneurship development is the instrument of women empowerment. It is very necessary to give keen attention over the empowerment of women in the rural areas. As in India there are around 7 lakh villages and more than of 70% population live in villages. In rural sector 56% male and 33% of the females are in labour force. About 66% of female population in the rural sector are Idle and unutilized. The County Government is mandated to provide services including the                     health services which have been enabled by devolution functions such as transfer of funds.              However, Counties especially within the patrol communities have been faced with myriad of                       challenges in obtaining the standard services from the County offices such as medical and                         education services. Some of the mentioned causes of poor  services to the community from the                literature has been leaders  who are not objective in practicing the best human resource practices, poor communication facilities in the County thus community are not able to access the needed services in timely manner and lot of corruptions in the County offices. In addition, there is lack of proper structures or systems put in place to account for the resources allocated. From the past studies in the related fielded also present a methodological gap where most analysis is based on County reports lacking quantitative analysis while others uses only descriptive statistics to analyze the data.  This study thus, fills the gap by looking at broad construct which give a broader picture of the health service provision. In addition, this study combines both descriptive and inferential statistics to determine the relationships between the study variables.  The study therefore hypothesizes that: There is no relationship between devolved resource allocation and quality of health services provision (H01) and there is no relationship between human resource practices and quality of health services provision (H02); Research study was anchored on institutional theory. Descriptive survey was used; The findings of the research will be used by other researcher’s  as a reference to what they will do in future not forgetting that it was used as a source of literature review to their studies. 65 respondents were chosen through random sampling that was stratified. The research questionnaires were administered by the researcher himself to the respondents. Focus group discussion was also done to the community members. Data was analyzed through f(n) and descriptive statistics and presented using tables and graphs. The research study established that resource allocation and human resource practices have a great influence in the provision of health services. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, since the early years of independence, commercial banks have been experiencing many issues concerning bad and/or doubtful debts. These types of loans appeared because of either poor and inaccurate collateral assessment or bad credit portfolio management. However the share of bad and doubtful debts in state owned banks is higher than private commercial banks. This paper studies the origin of the issue related to bad debts and answers why state owned banks have had an upward trend in the amount of those debts for the last 5 years. There are various types of tourism existed like Eco tourism, medical tourism, Adventure tourism, Pilgrim tourism etc.,. Tourism is promoted by the government and organizations and treated as a part of their culture. In Kerala the tourism department was organized by the government to attract tourist from worldwide they also have a vision to explore the cultural characteristics of Kerala state to the world. With its natural beauty, Kerala is famous for religious centers and every year large numbers of religious or pilgrim tourists visited Kerala.  Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala state is one of the important religious centres which attracted large number of tourist from in and abroad. The festivals and the religious ceremonies of the temple which were originally starts during the time of Travancore ruling dynasty and its architecture are the main attractions. But now it again amazed the world through disclose of its huge treasure.
