They usually only look at the father’s occupation criteria without looking at other criteria such as the age of the child, the child’s orphan status, the occupation of mother, the age of father, the age of mother and other scholarships received. GNOTA Foundation needs to implement a Decision Support System (DSS) for the selection process, so the results are fast and on target. This research applies the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods for the selection of education assistance recipients so the criteria can be weighted and the prospective recipient students can be ranked. This research determines the priority weight and importance of each criterion, namely the age of child age (0.18), the status of child (0.22), the occupation of father (0.08), the occupation of mother (0.06), the age of father (0.05), the age of mother (0.04) and other scholarship assistance (0.36). The results of the weighting of these criteria have been tested and declared consistent through the Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.070. This study also produces a list of the best ranking students who are prospective recipients of educational assistance. The ranking results have been tested based on compliance with the provisions of the GNOTA Foundation of 92.91%. The system in this study was developed using a prototyping system development model and utilizing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) tool. The prototype functionality in this study works well by using the Blackbox Testing (BBT) model based on Equivalence Partitioning. In addition, the level of user acceptance of the prototype in this study was 81.2% using the Technology Acceptance Method (TAM).","PeriodicalId":354646,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115103074","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Power fluctuations due to changes in PV generation and load demand can be smoothed out by an energy management system (EMS) with a hybrid energy storage system (HESS). This paper reviews the HESS control strategy with optimization of compensator factor (CF) based on dynamic programming (DP) to improve the controller’s response and shallow the DOD battery. CF is the ratio of battery voltage to SC voltage. The optimization objective is to obtain the optimum CF value based on the actual voltage of each ES with a dynamic programming algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed with optimization can increase the controller’s responsiveness by 24,41% and reduce the DOD of the battery.","PeriodicalId":354646,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122439228","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pitch estimation in this research mainly converts an acoustic piano song recording into a digitally transcribed song format. First, several techniques, including short-time Fast-Fourier transform and constant-Q transform, provide a spectrogram representation of a wav piano recording. Then it is fed into a combination of Convolutional Neural Network (ConvNet) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network. This transcription is a digitally transcribed song in the format of a MIDI file. For training purposes, the MAESTRO dataset was used for conducting training, which every training varies the learning rate value and spectrogram representation. This research obtains a model that can perform pitch estimation with a 90.14% F1 score and an average user evaluation of 8.4 out of 10.","PeriodicalId":354646,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117101979","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Repeated charging and discharging energy to the lithium-ion battery can cause a charge imbalance between the battery cells, as each battery cell has an unavoidable difference in chemical and electrical characteristics. An imbalance of the battery cells will reduce the total storage capacity and decrease the lifetime. This paper proposed a two-stage charge equalizer with modularized cell selection switches for voltage imbalance detection. Two-stage flyback converters were used along with three battery cells. The cell selection switches were used to avoid overcharging or undercharging in one of the cells during the charging process. In addition, the two-stage charge equalizer method operated properly since modulation of the cell selection switch of the lithium-ion battery charging process arranged in series has worked safely and made the battery life longer. The battery charge equalizer implementation worked well with a voltage difference of 10 mV for each battery cell. The duration of the equalization process depends on the voltage difference between the tested battery cells. Furthermore, the charging equalization can be optimally improved according to the experimental results.","PeriodicalId":354646,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128140075","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The number of dengue fever cases in Indonesia is still very high, especially in Malang regency, East Java province. It is necessary to have a model for the spread of dengue fever with the spread dynamics that can develop quickly to be used as guide information. The depiction of a dengue spread model can be a network where nodes are described as regions while links are defined as the result of probability weights on regions. The previous research has developed a dynamic model of dengue fever spread where there is an interaction between nodes that describe the shape of the network and related direction if there is a case of dengue fever in the region. But the study only pays attention to indicators of the presence or absence of dengue cases in the area to describe the spread of dengue fever. In addition to the number of dengue cases in the area, several factors need to be considered in the spread of dengue fever, such as average temperature, flick-free rate, average humidity, and population density. Therefore, development is needed by considering several parameters that affect the spread to see a region’s potential for dengue fever outbreaks. In this study, the authors propose a further calculation that is used to determine the potential weight of multiple attributes using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to see the potential of a region to the outbreak of dengue fever. Experiments show that the proposed method can provide a model of dengue fever spread with a different number of links to previous studies due to considering the probability values of several factors in the area.","PeriodicalId":354646,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130083982","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, the researcher tries to use “You Only Look Once” or YOLO with several configurations of the moving image feature to recognize objects as vehicles. Because one factor that need to be considered in object detection for moving images is the need for large computational resources and long processing time. This study examines the effect of reducing the resolution size feature and the number of frames per second (fps) of moving images in the YOLO process, to obtain optimal use of computing resources and processing time. Reducing the resolution and the number of frames per second does not have much effect on the use of Central Processing Unit (CPU) computing resources used by researchers, which is around 9S.5l% on average (with Xeon 8 cores). PSS parameters need to be tuned using a robust method to get better dynamic stability. In the current trend, the metaheuristic algorithm is widely used for solving power system problems including PSS tuning cases. This paper implemented a recent novel algorithm, the Equilibrium optimizer Algorithm (EOA), to find the optimal tuning PSS parameters by minimizing the performance indices, Integral Time Absolute Error (ITAE), as an objective function. A linearized Heffron-Phillips model is used to conduct the Single-Machine Infinite Bus (SMIB) system in Simulink/MATLAB. The EOA optimization result is consistent for 10 independent runs with 100 iterations. The EOA also has a good convergence curve since not stuck in local optima. The simulation results have shown the EOA-based PSS can significantly reduce overshoot and settling time both on speed deviation and power angle deviation.","PeriodicalId":354646,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126114544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In its performance, the dielectric strength of the gas material must meet the standards so that the circuit breaker can operate properly. One of the insulating gases with excellent dielectric strength is sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas, but it is known that its continuous and excessive use can damage the environment. Because of this problem, many studies have been carried out by mixing SF6 with other insulating gases such as Carbon dioxide (CO2) and Nitrogen (N2) to find safe gases for the environment but still prioritize the dielectric strength the gas. This paper researches a gas mixture of SF6 with CO2 and SF6 with N2, which aims to determine the dielectric strength of the gas mixture after experiencing electricity penetration many times. The test was carried out using spherical electrodes with a diameter of 5 cm with an electric breakdown of 40 times at a pressure of 1 bar. The study result was found that the number of electrical breakdowns experienced by each gas mixture causes the dielectric strength of the gas to decrease.","PeriodicalId":354646,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125009107","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
