The structure of DSEG is described and its mathematical model is established,based on which,the operating principle of voltage regulator based on proposed control strategy is analyzed in detail and the corresponding sliding mode surface equation and sliding mode law are given. The control law parameters are calculated according to the constraint conditions of Lyapunov stability equation and the carrier wave intersection with fixed PWM control. A field-circuit cosimulation model is built based on the electromagnetic finite element analysis technique and the control circuit. Highly emissive coating is spread on the contact surface to enhance its emissivity and the emissivity of infrared temperature sensor is adjusted to compensate the absorption effect of SF6. A GIS experiment platform is established and the influences of SF6concentration,IR filter and environmental temperature on IR sensing are researched. Experimental results show that,the indication of IR sensor reduces along with the increase of SF6 concentration,which could be compensated by lowering the emissivity of sensor. IFFT(Improved Fast Fourier Transform) is applied in the algorithm simulation of rated current to reduce the calculation load.RLSCA(Recursive Least Square Corrective Algorithm) is applied to simulate the short circuit current,which enables the iteration method to be implemented on DSP with shortened sampling data window and meets the requirements of system for real time performance. A model is built with Simulink to simulate the process from normal working state to short circuit state and the total current signals are generated for two states respectively. Based on MATLAB,the short circuit current identification algorithm is simulated and,combined with IFFT and RLSCA,the total current signals are then simulated. The harmonic current at grid side is regarded as the control output and the error between the instructive harmonic current predicted by feedforward control and the ideal instructive harmonic current is considered as the distracter to follow and control the harmonic current. To simplify the analysis, the short-term operational cost considered is mainly the congestion management cost.
