An important infrastructure is expecting cities to come under pressure due to accelerated urbanization. Our article aims to present a study on the different IoT technologies, the fields of application of these technologies, and the role of IoT in Smart Cities. By studying several works, this study led us to propose our architecture based on a new paradigm using Fog Computing which ensures real-time analysis. The different types of multi-objective problems are optimized in this paper. Indeed, satisfaction is considered as one of the pillars of customer loyalty in order to bring them to use a product or a service again and the tourism sector is not an exception. In fact, all the companies working in this sector strive to provide the best possible service to their customers in order to gain their satisfaction, in this case the companies specialized in P2P accommodation rental such as Airbnb. In the existing literature there are many works that have tried to identify the identifiers of customer satisfaction. However, we have not found any study that tries to capture these identifiers by taking into account the category to which the customer belongs, namely individuals, couples and families. In our study we analyzed 100,000 reviews left by customers on the Airbnb platform towards accommodations located in London. We adopted an approach based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) to segment the reviews according to the categories of the customers, then we trained two regression models; Multiple Linear Regression and Gradient Boosting Regression to determine the weights of the 6 elementary scores noted on Airbnb. To increase safety in smart cities especially in vehicles, a new technology was appeared called internet of vehicles (IOV) which can be established on three forms of communication: V2V Vehicle to Vehicle, V2I Vehicle to Infrastructure and V2X Vehicle to Anything. The existing V2Vs are based on single radio and are inefficient and unreliable especially in the hilly areas due to low SNR and partial coverage. now they are based on a new technique of communication called Cognitive Radio (CR) which add a smart layer to the medium access. In this paper, we present a new data augmentation method for time series that we name White Noise Windows. White Noise Windows works by multiplying each time series in a dataset with a predefined number of identical time series and thereafter replacing randomly chosen parts of the resulting time series with windows of white noise. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method by conducting experiments using two different classifiers evaluated on nine well-known datasets from the UCR Time Series Classification Archive. Topology optimization allows to obtain lightweight and high-performance parts. In this study, the combining of topology optimization with additive manufacturing is proposed. This combination is mainly motivated by two principal reasons. Firstly, topology optimization generates complex structures that cannot be achieved by conventional processes. Secondly, a great flexibility in part design is provided by additive manufacturing. Indeed, an automated algorithm for the topology optimization of structures obtained by additive manufacturing is presented. The proposed methodology is based on the generation of the geometry and the mesh of the studied structure using ANSYS software that uses finite element analysis (FEA). Then, the topology optimization algorithm is implemented in MATLAB.
