With emerged multimedia application on wireless networks and the integration with other cellular networks, requires support for quality of service. In this paper, performance optimization of DCF based IEEE 802.11n WLAN is carried out in terms of QoS, by varying random RTS threshold using OPNET Modeler 17.5 academic. The resonance frequency of the resonator can be tuned by varying the bias voltage of varactor diode. This resonator can be tuned from 3.67 GHz to 4.34 GHz with approximately 7.5% of bandwidth and shows good return loss. The TRR structure has ease of frequent fabrication with accurate results. The AIS eliminate the antigen to improve the network performance. The antibody in the given network is not capable to eliminate the antigen. So the AIS try to find alternate path from source to destination. But due to non-availability of the alternate path. The network gets failed i.e. Performance gets degraded. In the proposed technique, the cellular signaling cascade is used. In this technique each node acts as sensor. While the source node acts the role of actor node. The cellular signaling cascade technique enables the flow of data through the cells. The nodes are connected in the network. The energy can be transferred from one node to another node due to the connection available in the nodes. Reliability optimization has been an area of research in distributed systems for years, and the reliability based task allocation problems in distributed systems have been studied by various researchers. Allocation of tasks to available processors using clustering is a commonly used approach in this context. Through traditional task clustering methods, optimal value of the measure of effectiveness is obtained but the process is lengthy and time consuming. Thus, a need has been felt to develop an efficient method to reduce the no. Of iterations to reduce the run time complexity of the algorithm for the distributed systems. Lung cancer is prominent cancer as it states large number of deaths of more than a million every year. It creates need of detecting the lung nodule at early stage in Computer Tomography medical images. So to detect the occurrence of cancer nodule at early stage, the requirement of methods and techniques is increasing. There are different methods and techniques existing but none of them provide a better accuracy of detection. This provides content based image retrieval Computer Aided Diagnosis System (CAD) for early detection of lung nodules from the Chest Computer Tomography (CT) images. There are various phases described in the proposed CAD system. These are extraction of lung region from chest computer tomography (CT) images, segmentation of the lung region, feature extraction from the segmented region, and the classification of occurrence and non-occurrence of cancer in the lung. In this paper robust stability analysis of closed loop block diagram of a SSS is presented with and without proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller. Transfer functions are derived for both SSS systems i.e., with and without PID controller. The stability is computed using both Arguon and Kharitonov method. A comparative analysis is done and the method that is more efficient and less time consuming is found out for both the cases: with and without PID controller. This paper presents a new technique to improve the performance of ring oscillator. The VCO is based on single ended ring oscillator. The circuit is designed using 0.13 μm CMOS technology with supply voltage of 3.3 V. A VCO with high frequency range from 2.26GHz to 3.50 GHz is achieved by using this technique. In broad sense it affects the global economy. It helps in optimizing resources and minimizing the cost by incorporating reusability property. One good example of using reusability is Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS). COTS is a common name in software industry now-a-days. COTS based systems can be developed with less time period and less budget. There are existing development processes for COTS where once the requirement analysis is done, the COTS are selected from different vendors based on those requirements. Then the different COTS are integrated using glue code and interfaces. Finally the product is tested and ready for installation. The main drawback in this existing system is that after acceptance testing if there is a discrepancy between the customer requirement and system function then the system should get modified. This modification may include exclusion of some COTS already used in the product, inclusion of some new COTS and change in the glue code. So finally it affects the performance of the system in terms of effort and cost of quality.
