Firstly, the faults characteristics of pneumatic control valves are analyzed according to the operating principle and status of pneumatic control valves; secondly, the expert experience of the fault diagnosis of pneumatic control valves is summarized, which is verified according to the operating mechanism; thirdly, a fault diagnosis approach for pneumatic control valves based on modified expert system is proposed, by combining particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm with expert rules. Finally, the availability and advantages of the proposed approach is verified by the designed valve experimental system platform. However, the electric equipment and devices are confirmed prone to component failure and breakdown that may directly lead to the power outage. In this paper, a cost-effective solution based on the convolutional neural network is presented for the analysis of faults of electric rotating machines. To reinforce the robustness under a noisy environment, a linear discriminant criterion based metric learning technique is also employed to improve the loss function during the training process. The developed approach can automatically extract self-learned fault features and conduct fault diagnosis. The developed solution has been carefully evaluated through simulation and experiments to quantify the performance. The adoption of the scenario generation solution can effectively include the uncertainties in the system planning process in the multi-energy networks, including wind turbines (WTs) and solar photovoltaic (PVs). The scenario generation approach is implemented and the effectiveness is validated through numerical experiments. The usual method is oversampling. Its main idea is to randomly synthesize the new minority samples between the minority samples and their neighboring samples, to put the data in a particular state of equilibrium. The existing improved methods have improved the classifier's performance to some extent, but most of the focus is on the minority sample. In this paper, a denoise-based oversampling method (DNOS) is proposed, which performs different denoise processes for the majority and minority samples. Then, it is combined with ADASYN to oversampling the data. As various human gesture recognition algorithms proposed, we could make advantages of these algorithms to construct a system to evaluate the listening state of the students. With the spring of many outstanding algorithm of machine vision, the basic theories have reached matured to complete some complex assignment. The system proposed here is a kind of integration of these technologies, which also need innovation when it's actually implemented. Also, wasted surveillance video resources universally existed in our society, which should be made advantage of but not. Especially in the scene of the classrooms, the schools hold tremendous surveillance video resources. The system is proposed to analyze the state of the students through the human posture recognition. Its basic theory is the recognition of the human body key points, including the rather important points of one's body. We could extract these information from the videos firstly, and make some analysis such as the computation of some specific angles. After these treatment of data, we could get rough results of the state of the students, whose correct rate could be higher through machine learning. There are much efforts to be made before the system could fit the requirement of the specific environment, such as semantic segmentation and super resolution. More new algorithms are proposed for different tasks. But most of these can't avoid spending a lot of time retraining the network model. Deformable convolution is a convolution structure that can extract better features of objects. This paper proposes a new method that can upgrade the standard convolution part of the network to the deformable convolution in-place, inherit the original model parameters, and reduce the time and computational resource cost for retraining. We analyzed the effects of introducing deformable convolution at different depths of the network on speed and performance.
