The research method used is a design research method with the following stages or procedures: 1) Needs Analysis, 2) Data Collection, 3) Design, 4) Results, 5) Publication (posting), 6) Feedback. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. In this study, it was found that the results of the social media marketing design as a promotional media for Bombo Uai Merch included the use of 4 pillars (greeting, product info, promos, engagement), 21 Instagram feeds with captions and hashtags, 5 Instagram stories, 5 highlights, link tree beacons. ai, 7 Tiktok feeds with captions and hashtags, and 1 month SMC. The efficiency of social media marketing is seen from reaching a wider market share (audience) by saving time, energy and costs. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this social media marketing has had a good impact on sales with an increase of 80%. By implementing innovations in fresh flower products, it is expected that MSMEs can produce products that have competitive advantages. This study aims to determine how much influence partially and simultaneously product innovation has on the competitive advantage of Ilomata fresh flower products. This research uses quantitative methods and uses a Likert scale as a measurement. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were consumers of MSME Ilomata Tomohon fresh flower products, from this population there were 60 samples to be studied. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the product innovation variable for each dimension had a significant effect because it had a t-count > t-table (2.004) and a significance level <0.05. Taken together the independent variable Product Innovation has a significant influence on the dependent variable Competitive Advantage with Fcount 12.692. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires distributed to 100 followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test with the help of SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this research indicated that green marketing had a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Avoskin products on followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. The method used in this study is the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. EVA analyzes financial performance by paying attention to operating profit and the company's cost of capital. The type of this research is a quantitative description that provides a description and analysis of the results of the EVA calculation. This research uses financial data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) financial performance based on EVA at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia obtained a positive EVA value in 2016 to 2018, while in 2019-2020 it obtained a negative EVA;2) financial performance based on EVA at PT. This research is a consensus research in which all the population used as respondents, which are 57 employees. Based on statistical results, the study found that training and performance appraisal affects positively and significantly employee performance. Differently, the study did not find the relationship between competence on employee performance. This study is based on the phenomenon that 40 real estate and property companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) had fluctuation on net profit from 2015 to 2019. The study uses times series data from 40 real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that financial leverage did not affect earnings per share. The same is also found in operating leverage. For the return on assets variable, this study found that it can be used to predit earnings per share. Students who graduate from college faced difficult condition on getting a job due to the unavailability of job opportunities. The interest in entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship education in college and the development of information technology through the existence of social media and the internet provide opportunities to create an independent generation oriented to the construction of new jobs in order to suppress the increase in unemployment. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 63 respondents from sixth semester students, Diploma III Accounting study program and eighth semester students, Diploma IV Managerial Accounting study program, Accounting Department, State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang. The primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires through google form. The results of this study indicate that partially entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on student entrepreneurship interest, while social media has no effect on student entrepreneurial interest.
