The research used an associative research design. The sampling technique used was proportionate sampling with a total of 70 employees. Data analysis included tests for instrument validity and reliability, classica assumption tests, descriptive data analysis, inferential data analysis using T-test and F-testco efficient of determination analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test. The data was processed using SPSS for Windows version 25.0.Based on the research conducted by the researcher at PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pengendalian Pembangkitan Tello, it was found that the training, performance, and employee motivation were excellent. The training significantly influenced performance, and it also had a significant effect on employee work motivation. Employee motivation had a significant effect on performance. The issue examined in this study was the digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Tokopedia, and Shopee) utilized in the Printing Division of CV Media One Mart Makassar, which was not managed properly. The method used in this study was the waterfall method, consisting of: 1) requirement analysis; 2) design; 3) implementation; 4) verification; 5) maintenance. Data collection techniques employed were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used was quantitative data analysis. The theory used in this research is Online Customer Reviews, Advertising and Purchase Intention. The variables in this study are divided into two types, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are Online Customer Reviews and Advertising, while the dependent variable in this study is Purchase Interest. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 112 respondents in the sample of TikTok consumers in DKI Jakarta. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The analytical methods used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Regression Analysis Test, T Test and F Test. The test was carried out using the help of SPSS 26. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis using IBM SPSS 26, with validity and reliability tests, and classic assumption test being employed. The hypothesis in this study is the associative hypothesis where the test used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination.The results of this study were: (1) brand image had a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions with a sig. 0.040 <0.05 and t-value 11.305 > 1.985. (2) brand awareness had a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and t-value of 14.138 > 1.985. (2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression value of 0.085 and a significance level of 0.000. (3) Product Quality and Brand Image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 (p<0.05), and the adjusted R2 of Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions is 3.050 . Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi antara kesadaran lingkungan dan minat beli adalah 0,073, menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat lemah dan tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran lingkungan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen dalam konteks penelitian ini. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik stratified purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tiga analisis yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji hipotesis (uji T). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Persepsi mahasiswi Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang terhadap celebrity endorser berada pada kategori “baik”. (2) Persepsi mahasiswi Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang terhadap buying decision produk MS Glow berada pada kategori baik. Dalam penyusunan artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan membangun konsep revitalisasi menggunakan data sekunder dari buku dan sumber yang relevan. Revitalisasi program JHT dapat menstimulus para pekerja untuk ikut serta dalam program tersebut. Implementasi dari pada revitalisasi JHT bisa berperan sebagai mitigasi dalam bencana kependudukan. Mitigasi bencana tersebut dilakukan oleh penduduk sendiri melalui persiapan dalam menghadapi usia tidak produktif dengan megoptimalkan masa masa produktif untuk menabung dalam menghadapi hari tua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel. Data ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner online dan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor yang telah di rotasi. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 56 orang yang didasarkan dengan teknik sampel jenuh.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hasil uji t pada nilai t hitung yang diperoleh dari variabel rotasi kerja sebesar 4.182 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 2.0049 dengan probalitias t yaitu sig 0.000 lebih kecil dari ketentuan signifikansi yaitu 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan variabel rotasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Sementara Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0.245 atau nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 24.5%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 24.5% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh rotasi kerja. The fact is that to borrow books in the library needs long time affecting completion of students’ final project. There are also library officers serving students angrily. Consequently, many students look for books elsewhere. It is assumed that the optimization of student service quality is influenced by dynamic archive management at the Manado State Polytechnic Library. This study uses quantitative analysis in the form of multiple regression and correlation levels by carrying out several tests, namely classical tests such as multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests using the SPSS version 26 computer program. The results of the research showed that archive management storage systems, archive management officers, archive managemet knowledge have a positive and significant impact on students’ satisfaction.
